Everything went smoothy as promised
Everything went smoothy and professionally. I couldn't have asked for better communication about our new baby. Every call and question was answered immediately and the travelling doggie delivery husband and wife team right to our door, in a somewhat rural location in Vermont, was delightful. We have other dogs in the house but now we're dealing with the exuberance and energy of a puppy. It's crazy, but fun.

Thank you for your amazing review. We are so happy Ross is loving his new furever home and furry buddies. All that energy just shows he knows he is in the right spot. 😍 We are wishing you some peaceful naps in between the crazy times too. Puppy snoozes are the best! 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team

I’ve been really looking forward to leaving this review.
I’ve been really looking forward to leaving this review. I wasn’t sure which direction it was going to go as I have never purchased a live animal from a website or using a transport service. I think the most important thing I can say to anyone who would be considering using Pawrade is to make sure and read all the information Pawrade provided. The company does a fantastic job of explaining the process, which can be quite lengthy, but it is for the best interest of the puppy. Once I knew and understood that this was not going to be a quick process I was OK with it and knew what to expect each step of process. My puppy Daisy arrived healthy happy and playful. I was very nervous because I was one of the last stops and it took four days for her to arrive. Pawrade indicated that it could take 2-4 days so this timeframe was acceptable. I was preparing for the worst. But that was not the case. Daisy was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend Pawrade and would use them again

Thank you so much for this detailed review! 😍 This is a great way to explain our process to those on-lookers trying to make the best decision for them. While we try to make the process as quick as it can be, our approach is to protect both the customer and the puppy by ensuring all the necessary factors have been completed to safely get the pups home. We are so happy you trusted this process and brought your adorable Daisy to her very best fur-ever home. We know you will bring joy to each other's lives. We are wishing you the happiest of memories to be made together. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team

Mostly good
Mostly good, the only suggestion is to make sure you answer your guest's questions. The messaging is not very efficient, I would call if you have a question about you purchase. Otherwise the process was good. My pup arrived healthy and happy.

We are wishing you and Padma some very happy memories to be made together. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team

Amazing experience using Pawrade. I was a little skeptical at first but everything turned out wonderful. They walked me through the entire process, step by step. Their communication was exceptional. They provided so much info prior to my purchase, during, and after. Everyone was very professional and very knowledgeable. I am so glad I chose Pawrade to purchase my new little fur baby!!
