Best experience ever,took me about 2 weeks to actually commit to getting my puppy was very uncertain if I would actually get the puppy I chose on their website,but all went well very helpful assist with customer service.Helped me through out the finance to delivery. The delivery time was very late but understandably cause of the drive time from Missouri, need to keep health/birth papers with puppy I RECIEVED wrong paper work for my puppy not realizing this 'cause of delivery time until I took him for his 72 hour checkup had to download correct papers and change at vets and my doggie insurance which is no easy task for me cause of my age.All&all very good experince thank you PAWRADE for my puppy such a JOY

Easy process and kept up-to-date with the transaction

I had a hard time deciding between 4 or 5 stars. Overall the experience was excellent. The communication was great. The whole process was seamless. My two issues were that I was told I would have 7 to 9 days notice when he was arriving and I only got two. Also, there is a three-year health guarantee but you have to get a visit with the vet within 72 hours (very reasonable request) however, I found that impossible. At least in my area they are all booking 4 weeks out. That voids the 72 hour and the 14-day health guarantee. Otherwise I would highly recommend them and would use them again!

We are super happy with our new puppy. The only feedback I have is I wish we had gotten more info on the puppy while we waited for his arrival. Pawrade staff were great, it could be that the Breeder just wasn’t as engaged. Overall, would use this service again!

You have a great website and service. Two areas of feedback: 1) payment in full is hard on more expensive pups, and some banks don't let you put more than $2k per day on a debit card. I would recommend you allow deposits, AND bring in a partner for payment options. Such as Affirm. 2) your staff is inconsistent with rules and details. I was told by one women that should would not give me the breeders info to protect their privacy. But I was doing local pickup, so the transportation team provided all the info I needed. Just extra work on my end to be talking to people saying no, and other saying yes. Thanks!

Pretty smooth process. I think the company could do a little better with communicating at times. Otherwise we are very happy with our new puppy!

The employees at Pawrade were extremely kind and when there was a slight glitch in the paperwork process they did what they could to reassure me that everything was legitimate. From there the process proceeded well and I was eventually put in touch with the nanny who delivered my sweet "package". We kept in touch until we met and puppy was turned over to me. She is a delight and I am very happy with the process.

We have had our puppy now for close to two months & at first we were alarmed by her having Kennel cough. However it is something that we were warned about since the puppies travel & something’s can’t be avoided. Our little Memory arrived so well adjusted & so happy. The handler/driver was extra careful and although the time was pushed back for her arrival, they were super sweet & professional. We can tell that the breeder took care of her as this is one of the most loving puppies we have ever had. Thank you for helping us to find such a beautiful puppy. You were understanding & helpful along the way.
