We could not be happier with our Shih Tzu puppy Rudy. Overall, we feel the experience was pretty good. I feel we were somewhat mislead in regards to her transportation to us. We decided to go with the Pampered Ground transportation which I was told was a driver and a care taker for the puppies. Corresponding emails (more than one) indicated she would be delivered 2-4 days from breeder pick up depending on the route. Well, 8 days later and over 3500 miles later she was delivered to us. I can’t tell you how upset we were that she had to travel for that many days. We wish someone at Pawrade would have let us know in advance that this would be the travel time. If so, we definitely would not have agreed to it and would have sent her on a plane with a flight nanny. The people providing customer service were very kind and helpful, which we greatly appreciated. We were also told a supervisor would be in touch and now 11 days after her arrival we have not heard anything. My hope is that this miscommunication will not happen in the future with other eager pet owners. There is nothing more special than welcoming a fur baby into our home. Thank you, Colleen Connery

Everything went well with the purchase process. Because of transport problems it took over 2 weeks to get her. KEIRA /Tessa finally arrived safe and is a wonderful addition to my family.

My husband, mother, and I had an amazing experience with Pawrade. First of all November 2 mine and my husband's first dog passed away at age 15. We have never been without a dog, and for our mental health, we had to fill that dark depressing void. Later that day we found Pawrade and started looking at puppy Pomsky's. We found a beautiful 8 week girl. We immediately felt like our boy had brought her to us. Bought her on the spot. We remade her Luna Sky. The whole team that I worked with was just fantastic. The sales man Devlyn has been so kind and helpful. I was able to Zoom call and see her. We have been scammed before and we're VERY nervous, but they made it so easy and calmed our fears. We even had a Nanny fly with her first class. The pickup was stressful only because we couldn't get through security. But the Nanny brought her as close as she could then the security guard brought her over to me. She kept me updated their whole trip. We had our girl within 1 week!. My only complaint is we were told shots were up to date, but our vet said she was over due. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Very worth it. We miss our boy, Midnight SO much, and Luna isn't replacing him. We're just adding another member to our family. Thank you again for everything Pawrade.
