Great service from beginning to end. Pawrade stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process and walk me through the necessary steps to getting my new puppy. Our puppy was healthy and happy and came with all necessary papers and shots, as well as pedigree information. The only hiccup I encountered was a little nerve-racking. I was told that 48 hours before I picked up my puppy. I’d be given the breeders contact information. This never happened and I had to drive 9 1/2 hours to pick up my puppy not knowing if the breeder is actually going to show. Luckily, the breeder did have my contact information and let me know that she had arrived at our prearranged address. I was kind of nervous wreck, not knowing if they’re in a show or not. Besides that the whole process was great and I’m extremely happy that I chose Pawrade.

Exceptional and right on time customer service. We received the dog within the promised time frame. Everything is very streamlined and coordinated.

For the word go it was very professional, I would do business with Pawrade any day of the week. My questions were answered and thinks I didn’t think of. There is always someone there who cares about you and your puppy. The breeder was very caring and gave my her phone number. I always say you get what you pay for. From my first call to Paw-Rade about adding a dachshund puppy to my family, I knew I had come to the right place. Little Payton is a jewel. All the concierges and support people were kind and seemed genuinely interested in his well-being. The transportation people took wonderful care of the puppy and kept us updated for every step of his journey, even including a picture.
