UPDATE: Violet is not a Maltipoo. Come to find out she is Maltese and a bunch of other dogs including Shepard but very little poodle. When we go to look for a designer breed and pay for a designer breed you expect them to be. We love Violet but are so disappointed that she is not what we bought. Next time we will look for registered proven parents before paying over $3k for a designer breed. She's a mutt with a designer pricetag. No refund BTW. It's in the paperwork you sign before purchase. So read the fine print. From reserving to delivery, everything was smooth. Only little hiccup was a week delay with the breeder l but after that it went along as planned. Communication was on point. Anytime I needed, someone answered. They checked in and kept me informed as needed. Whether on the messenger or on the phone I was treated kindly and professionally. When delivering, I was able to watch the travel on Life360 and the travel concierge contacted me as needed. My pup came to us very alert, happy and sweet considering the long drive. She's been a doll ever since. Overall my experience was excellent and, other than the cost, was a great place to get a pup that may be hard to get otherwise.

There was customer service thru out, including after I picked up my pet.

This company is so thorough and did an amazing job helping updates from beginning to end! We got the cutest puppy ever!!!! We highly recommend using this company For your new fur baby!

Smooth and competent

Bringing home our little Iris! The process was so smooth and seamless! They even offer financing. Our puppy is so sweet and almost potty trained, we just didn’t pick up on her queues! I had one contact to discuss the payment and process and after payment was made, everything was so easy and we picked up a happy healthy puppy! Vet check was great! No problems. I would definitely use them again

The transfer of Dixie was easy and complete. Parade was there every step of the way. They were easy to get a hold of and answered my calls promptly.

I give 5 stars because I was constantly updated to know what was happening and if there were changes along the way. Your staff was really nice and extremely helpful. Appreciate you all.
