I would recommend this amazing team to anyone that may even be considering getting a new family member! Joseph was was so patient with me on the phone walking me thru each one of the puppies that I wanted to know more about. His knowledge of each of the breeders assured me that this was not a "puppy mill transaction". Everyone on the team guided me thru the process. Anytime I had a question they were very prompt to correspond back to me! Honestly, I felt like everyone was family and they really cared that this was a good experience not only for my family but the puppy too! Shannon ("Travel Concierge extraordinaire!) was amazing. She was right there with me tracking and communicating with the drivers about how she was doing during her travel here to Maryland. She went out of her way at 6:00 am to actually meet the drivers down the street so she could personally deliver her to us! This was such a great experience I actually bought another puppy for my assistant!

From start to finish Pawrade was the best. Staff was always informative and polite. They were quick to respond to answer any questions I had and always kept me up-to-date on the progress of receiving my fur baby. My fur baby from the time she entered our house has been so loveable and energetic. Just gives everyone she meets kisses and hugs. She is such a pleasure and joy. Couldn't be happier. I also want to give a shout out to Furry Freight who delivered our fur baby to my house at 6:45 am on Wednesday. The young man who delivered our fur baby was very pleasant and helpful and answered any questions we had. All in all, from Pawrade to Furry Freight, we had an all around pleasant experience and would recommend Pawrade 100% to anyone who wants to adopt a puppy or older dog. You won't be disappointed.
