My experience was beyond 5 stars!! It was my first time searching for a specific type of breed I wanted and pawrade delivered. Their online process of searching and finding specific breeds was very user friendly. Their online/chat portal was easy to use and usual had very fast response times. All staff was friendly and were there for any needs. They use a 3rd party ground transportation for delivery of your new pup. This was slightly concerning as I live in Southern California and my new fur child was coming from the mid west. But of course their number one priority was making sure the new pup would be delivered safe and sound and treated like royalty on the trip over. We had gps of my pups location at all times knowing exactly their every move making it a breeze to prepare for arrival. I would definitely recommend pawrade to anyone looking for a specific breed of choice.

I was very nervous about purchasing a dog online and took me several months to make a decision. The support staff was professional, knowledgeable, and provided a great customer experience. They were always available to answer any questions I had and until I finally made the decision to purchase a furbaby. The process was easy, smooth, and didn’t make me feel like they were there to take my money. We received our fur baby today and she is perfect. I would definitely recommend their service. There was a lot of communication from the beginning and unit the end. Overall just a wonderful customer experience and very appreciative of everyone. Thank you so much!!

It would be a gross mis-understatement to say how extremely satisfied I am. I was overjoyed about this whole incredible adventure was beginning with Hunter. The whole adoption process with Pawrade, is so incredibly safe. The Pawrade staff are just so incredibly awesome to work with. I can’t say enough good things about them. My Hunter Basset was delivered to me by two very benevolent and loving men who worked tirelessly to deliver my puppy in the most perfect condition. I was overjoyed beyond tears. Dearly, I thank you one and all for the newest family member to our house! He is just a true blessing from God above. We are blessed to have such a beautiful hound our lives. He is an angel with long floppy ears. We love our Hunter basset! Thank you Pawrade! Thank you Wags on Wheels!
