Really sad that there are so many negative reviews, because I felt the company was very professional to work with. The only gripe we had was with the airline. The breeder was tremendous! She went above and beyond for the puppy. Donna and Shannon were very pleasant with their communication. I can’t speak for others, but I can say I was pleased overall with the transaction. My puppy is absolutely wonderful and passed her wellness exam with no problems. Kudos everyone!

We love our little girl. Everything from start to finish was great. Being able to chat with the breeder was super helpful and reassuring.

Ellie is an amazing dog. She arrived clean (after three days traveling across country), healthy (normal bowel movements) and immediately affectionate to all five adults and kids who met her when she first arrived at our home. She was active and not tired or afraid the moment we got her. Pawrade was responsive to all my requests for: vet records, change of email address on record. Ellie was exactly 12 weeks old when she arrived at our home. If your pup is younger and in the mid west or further away from you, I would recommend waiting until the pup is a bit older, if you are located on the east coast and the pup is half way across the country, since ground transport company can take up to 6 days to deliver your pet which I didn’t learn until after I bought her. Ground transport company was courteous and responsive, you can text them and they give you at least a day notice of your delivery date and a gps link to follow driver’s progress. I live in NJ and the journey took 3 days from Missouri. Having said that, the fact that she’s healthy, affectionate and very cute, I give Pawrade a big thumbs up. The moment I took her from the ground transport driver, she has been nothing but affectionate and adorable.

Absolutely amazing experience‼️ I got my first toy Maltese last October (22) couldn’t be better experience, actually I just got my second toy Maltese yesterday (January 16,23) and must say Penny and Pia are adorable, cheerful, friendly, sweet little girls. The service couldn’t be better: reliable, good communication, excellent people.

I’m so satisfied with Pawrade family, they are so supportive and hard working people! Thank you for making this experience even more special for us.

Everything from start to finish has been an absolute joy with Pawrade. They truly made it so fun and exciting and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I completely trust Pawrade and highly recommend. I would definitely use them again in the future 🥰
