Easy Process
The process was smooth and communication good. My only concern involved paperwork sent to me regarding puppy. The paperwork for fecal check was sent only when I requested it when my vet said it was not on the health certificate. I was then sent a paper indicating puppy was 1 year old. When I questioned it, they corrected it to 3 months. She was 10 weeks old when I got her so even the correction was incorrect. I then asked about her dew claws (they were probably removed at birth, but I was not told this). Vaccines were not on health certificate, so my vet questioned the validity of the paper indicating vaccines administered. All medical history should accompany the pet. I was expected (and still am when I get her spayed) to follow through with specific standards. They should also be held to the same accountability.
