Hey Winona, We are sorry to hear that you pup arrived with a parasite. Unfortunately things like Giardia and Coccidia are very common in pups and the stress from travel can cause them to flare up. Please be sure to reach out to us at [email protected] so that we may open a Health Guarantee clain and get you taken care of. Also pups can feel insecure and be a little defensive as it takes some time to adjust to completely new surroundings.

Hey Carol, We can arrange a call or even a video call with your breeder so that you can have also of your questions and concerns addressed directly. Each of our clients is assigned a specific puppy concierge so if you happen to reach out when they are off it may take a bit for another to reach out to you. If something is particularly pressing you can also call our customer service number for a quick response.

Sami, Thank you for choosing Pawrade. We are happy that we were able to help you adopt a wonderful new furry family member. We are sorry that you found some things stressful. Our website does not list a pups location but our salespersons can certainly tell you the location of any pup. We never demand that you use our travel services. That simply is not true. If you choose your own travel company then it is true that you lose the first 14 days of your Health Guarantee. This is because we can not be responsible for the transporter you choose providing the proper care for the pup and abiding by all the guidelines set forth by the USDA. The very few transporters that we use are all fully USDA licensed and inspected and we hold them accountable should any issue arise during transport. In the unlikely event that the pup should become ill or even pass during transport that is completely our responsibility with nothing falling on you. You may choose your own transporter but with that you also assume some responsibility. Picking the pup up yourself is of course no charge. We also do require that your pup receive a wellness check within 72 hours. Taking a pup from the only home it has ever known, its mother, siblings, etc can be very stressful as well as the actual travel. We want to be sure the pup is happy and healthy and also to be sure there are no issues so that if there are we can be sure you are covered under the Petpay Health Guarantee. The 72 hour visit is for the protection of you as a customer and the health of the pup. We are sorry that it is difficult in the area you live to get a small animal appointment but in fairness we have no control over that. All of your documents are uploaded to your Petpay account. They are always available for you to view or download at your convenience. If you still need hardcopies please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will make sur you get paper copies.

Hey Dennis, Thank you for trusting Pawrade. We are happy that we were able to get you the perfect pup. All of our pups are actually priced at the lower end of fair market value. Most folks do their reserch and see this and thats one of the reason they choose us, fair pricing. We do know that we require a quite a bit from our clients, but that is how we make sure that our process is completely safe and secure with no concerns about scamming. And make no mistake that getting a puppy to its new home hundreds or thousands of mile away can be a daunting task. There are a lot of moving parts be we handle it all with no worries for our wonderful clients.

I think perhaps the taxes and other options you chose are throwing you off. I sent you a detailed breakdown of your charges and fully explained everything.
