My overall experience with Pawrade was Awesome. To be honest, I was initially apprehensive about the entire process of getting a dog this way, especially with all the scams and puppy mills. Throughout the entire process, my many questions were answered, and I was told what to expect next. There was a delay in the ETA with me getting my puppy because the transporter had some mechanical issues with their vehicle. I appreciated the fact that the transporter kept me informed of what was going on and updated ETA. I also have to mention that everyone that I spoke to or came in contact with during this process was professional and helpful. Kudos PAWRADE for a job well done and an EXTREMELY happy customer!!
