Excellent and painless experience - all around. Friendly, informed and responsive customer service. Easy payment process. Pawrade provides detailed and easy-to-follow directions and instructions on what to do, how to prepare for a new puppy, and what to expect during the process. — i had read many excellent reviews before deciding to purchase a puppy here, but was still skeptical/nervous at first. the communication from Pawrade throughout was top notch. They set forth expectations of the buyer in easy to understand emails and paperwork. Once the puppy was shipped (I chose ground delivery), I received daily texts with status updates and a link to a gps tracker to follow the puppy’s journey. The delivery folks took excellent care of the puppy - and were friendly and compassionate upon arrival. The puppy (a Westie from Missouri) was in excellent shape, was clearly very well cared for (by the breeders and the transport folks), and he received a clean bill of health from my personal vet. I would strongly recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a new puppy - and I would happily use their services again to purchase a puppy in the future.

The staff have good hours and were very responsive to our questions. The payment process was secure and simple to use. Our new puppy is perfect and is already a member of our family!

They covered all the bases. I don’t think anything was left undone. It was step by step they kept you informed and everyone was helpful. At first I thought it was a little much but each step explained the reason. We would highly recommend Pawrade.

Beautiful dog and excellent experience dealing with Pawrade. The mini goldendoodle is adorable and very much a playful puppy. The serice from Parade has been excellent and great follow up and follow through.

I'm not going to lie, the thought I might be scammed was running through my head when I decided to buy a puppy from Pawrade. You see scams like this all the time, however Pawrade did not disappoint. From start to finish, the entire process was easy and they maintained communication and updates the entire time. He was delivered by van from out of state and I loved the Life 360 app where I could track where they were in their travels. We've had our pup for 4 days now and he has adjusted well and is a happy pup. Would definitely recommend Pawrade.
