Everyone at Pawrade was extremely helpful throughout the process. Lots of communication. I was told delivery time was approximately 2:00 in the morning. Even though it was at night, I was happy to accept our puppy on route, rather than keeping her in the transport van longer. She arrived safely and made a very easy transition to our family. Sunny looked exactly like her picture. Such a sweet puppy. We love her.

My first experience buying a puppy online but I must say that they are an excellent team with great human qualities, my assigned concierge, Donna, is always very attentive and the people in charge of delivery are super friendly and helpful, they treated the puppy as if it were theirs. All I know is one call got me started on my forever with my new pup. Y’all helped me get a later delivery date and worked hard to answer all my questions and keep me updated on my pup. Poor Cindy was contacting me late one night to let me know that the flight had been delayed a day due to weather or plane malfunction. Y’all made it an easy process and I am head over heels for this pup. You must use great breeders because this puppy is in excellent health and well adjusted personality wise. She never missed a beat when she arrived. Excellent choice on breeders. Y’all have a wonderful team that was willing to walk me through the process. From Rochelle to Jaclyn to Cindy to Jade. Thank you to all of y’all. It is always a gamble to get a puppy site unseen but I never felt uncomfortable. I was given update and pictures. Wonderful experience. Hopefully I will never need you guys again but I will certainly refer others your way. Thank you

We had never ordered a puppy before and had many concerns... pawrade team were helpful and very very nice! One concern we had was with delivery from west coast to east coast. We had purchased a small breed dog, and chose to use the nanny service, for flying. The nanny sent us full information on their trip and pictures to aid us along the journey. We have had our puppy a week now and she is doing wonderfully!

From start to finish Pawrade was very attentive, professional and caring. The whole process is very organized! You get walked through the entire process and communication is amazing. What a pleasure to work with. My new Maltese baby arrived healthy - even potty trained! She is so smart ! Definitely recommend.
