PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

We love our new golden, Tato! Pawrade made the process of selecting, purchasing, and picking up our puppy seamless. We so appreciate their ethics and commitment to a puppy-first approach, the abolition of puppy mills and predatory veterinary clinics, as well as prevention of animal cruelty. Shout out to Sandra and our concierge, Carli. We appreciated how responsive and helpful they both were. Additional shout out to the breeder, Kenneth, who was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave our little guy a great start. 5 stars to you three! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We will be recommending Pawrade to everyone we know who's in search of a new pet!

Pawrade does it right in finding a purebred puppy with responsible, te tested breeders. They talk you through the process every step of the way!

Pawrade is a false brand that offers no guarantee to a puppy you might fall in love with. Even if you purchase a puppy, they can refuse your payment as the breeder already sold the puppy to someone else. For the promise of what this company offers it is not real. Apologies and excuses are not acceptable.

The process was good for the most part, it got confusing to me at points. I thought I couldn’t pick him up quickly because of weight and age stipulations, so I put off ordering essentials until I was told I had the green light. The personnel was great!, everyone was very friendly and helpful. We are making do with the traveling kennel until his stuff comes this week, if I ever need another pet I will surely go through Pawrade

Many puppies to choose from. Fast easy transactions. Great prompt customer service. Delivery options make getting your puppy home easy.

Our puppy is healthy and bright. Pawrade puts the puppy and the client before the money and sale. We are very happy.

This is gonna sound like a plug for PAWRADE but it's 100% an amazing experience. We almost got scammed on a Australian Shepherd that luckily.my daughter found 2020 Instagram account pics they used. We heard about Pawrade from friends and did tons of research then called. We talked to puppy concierge Kelly Wicoff and she helped us navigate all the Aussies represented by their Nation wide breeders. After numerous options we fell in love with Bailey. We had tons of questions and our email threads and direct cell calls helped calm our nerves. Once the puppy was picked she forwarded us on to Donna Conner -Customer service liaison. Donna was the go between thru breeder and us. We had so many questions and she got us our answers direct from breeder. Then we had to figure out best way to get dog 15+ hours away. Pawrade uses Wags On Wheels and that top was amazing. We were given a GPS tracking link to track drivers. We got direct texts from drivers regarding timing etc and where we were in regards to the puppy drop offs. Our dog came with a packet from breeder requesting contact upon arrival etc. We communicate 1 on 1 with a REGISTERED breeder and highly recognized in their state! We have become great friends and send pics often. Vet apt we brought all the breeders detailed records and they had not missed a single thing. We have a follow up visit for shots when dogs old enough. Everything....EVERYTHING about this new dog of ours FINN (was Bailey) was amazing. -Scott, Vicky and FINN

The process was straight forward, and easy on our part. Our new puppy is fabulous!!
