Thank you for your review and honest feedback. We're sorry you had less than a 5 star experience but appreciate the information that will help us to improve. We are very happy Cupid is in her new furever home and doing so well. We are wishing you so many happy and wonderful memories together. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team

Thank you for your review and honest feedback. While we have carefully selected our transportation units, they are a separate entity. We do like the friendly ones too however how they travel the pups is our utmost concern. Due to this, crates are not included with our ground travel as they belong with the travel unit. We do hope that our e-book we emailed about puppy care did make it to you as all of our new puppy parents get this prior to pups coming home. Please reach out if this was not received. We are so happy the puppies are home and getting acclimated to their new furever home. We are wishing you all so many wonderful journeys together. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team

Thank you so much for your review. We'll research how to get the tip over to the drivers for you and have our travel reps reach out shortly regarding that and any outstanding ownership papers needed. All of your paperwork you've already signed is already in your PetPay account for your records as well. 😊 We are so happy that your paw-fect Murray is home and acclimating so well in his new environment. What a smart boy! We are wishing you only the very best memories to be made together. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team

Thank you for your review and for your honest feedback. We have a lot of working pieces to bring home our furry babies. While we would love a simple answer to the process, it really depends on many factors on how and when a pup will arrive home. For this, it is not an easy up front answer. We do try to get these important details as quickly as possible to our new puppy parents as we know this is a huge decision and a lot of trust is put in our hands. We appreciate the trust your gave us and are so happy your sweet Jolie is home with you now. We are wishing you so many great journeys together. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team

Thank you so much for your review and for your feedback. Although we do try to be as available as possible, we do have limited hours of 8am to 10pm EST with the option to leave a message when no one is available. We are sorry if that option did not come up for you. We surely do not want to ignore our new puppy parents. After all, they are part of the Puppy First process. Please do reach out again if you have any questions now that Simba is home. We are so happy that he is! We are wishing you all some amazing memories to be made. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team
