I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 14-week-old Havanese puppy named Levi from Pawrade, and I must say that my experience with both the company and their exceptional staff member, Holly, was nothing short of amazing. Initially, my family and I were determined to adopt a dog from a rescue organization. However, after an exhaustive search, we couldn't find a furry companion that would be the perfect fit for our family, which includes myself, my partner, and our two boys aged 6 and 7. That's when I stumbled upon Levi's adorable face on the Pawrade website, and I knew he was meant to be ours. From the moment we made contact with Pawrade, the entire staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. However, it was Holly who truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless. Despite the fact that we purchased Levi during the busy July 4th holiday, Holly was always there to promptly address any questions or concerns we had, even arranging a call with the breeder to confirm our travel plans. Speaking of travel plans, they were not without their complications. I had to fly from Austin, Texas, to South Bend, Indiana, to pick up Levi, and Holly remained by our side throughout the journey. When my flights were delayed, she worked tirelessly with both myself and the breeder to adjust our plans accordingly, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process. Not only did Pawrade provide us with an incredible addition to our family, but Holly's dedication and professionalism truly made our experience exceptional. Her responsiveness, even during a holiday, and her willingness to go the extra mile showcased her commitment to customer satisfaction. Pawrade made it so easy to adopt our goldendoodle pup! Between the start of talking to someone about a puppy, to having him delivered to our home, it only took about two weeks! The pawrade stuff was very helpful in making sure we did what was required of us, keeping us updated on the pup’s latest health check, pictures, and even food. The delivery team kept us updated on their whereabouts, their stops, and their ETA. It was all-in-all a great experience! I admit that I had qualms about getting a pup online, but I have no more qualms about pawrade!

I must admit, I was a little weary about the process in the beginning. I was worried about being scammed. The employees were excellent in giving me resources, websites, and showing me other peoples reviews which eased my mind. The process was smooth, very informative and it went exactly how they said it would be. I would definitely purchase again through Pawrade. I love my new fur baby!

The company reps were all very helpful and informative. The response time is quick and efficient--there is constant communication with updated information when you purchase a puppy. Follow up in speedy, frequent and consistent right through the concierge delivery that I opted for. My new little companion is absolutely wonderful, extremely well adjusted for an 8-9 week old puppy.
