Not perfect but better than expected.
Communication with Pawrade reps was good, though expectations about the delivery process were really not set well at all (delivery is via a 3rd party; however this does reflect on Pawrade to some extent). I would have chosen to fly the puppy to the airport versus have her driven to my home if I had known I would have to be home for three straight days having no idea when she would arrive until 30 minutes prior. The puppy is happy and healthy and sooo sweet!!
