The process was easy everything went great. Except the transport of my puppy and that wasn't too bad , but hard on my puppy it took 3.5 days to get her to me and she was stressed out when I got her. It took the whole weekend for her to unwind. Now she is at home and relaxed.

It’s hard to conduct business over the phone, but everyone at pawrade was nice, polite, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I would use them again.

Pawrade has been an absolute gem. From the descriptions of dogs posted, their coat colors or markings, to customer service, they aim to please! I recently went through their process to purchase a Shih Poo and the level of customer service and attention to detail was stellar. My little fur baby arrived earlier than expected and through an app I was able to track delivery. The dog resembled the pictures, the markings were accurate and the papers arrived with the driver(s). I am quite satisfied and will share this company. Tip: if your new family addition will be ground delivered - PLEASE give the drivers a gratuity! They are friendly and they kept your precious cargo safe!

Getting our puppy was easy and fairly smooth. Some aspects of the travel arraignments could have been a bit clearer but overall everything went without a hitch. Christie was a great point of contact and was available to help us with all our needs.

The adoption process was easy. Pawrade staff always kept us updated on the progress and the steps needed to complete. Cannot recommend them more highly, Pawrade was great. The breeder was wonderful and the delivery was super and we could follow with the tag app.

My name is Paul Bartholomy. I adopted Roger. Roger is was 14 weeks old when I got him. I adopted him through Pawrade. He was picked up and driven to South Carolina from Indiana. When he arrived I immediately fell in love with him. He is the most handsome Rottweiler puppy I have ever seen. I named him Gunner. In a week and a half he has learned to sit, down, stay come, and is able to walk with me off the lead. Everyone that sees him wants to pet him and he wants the attention. He’s such a little ham. I have recommended Pawrade to friends and neighbors. So happy with my new Baby Boy.
