Pawrade is a good company;however, a few things I did not like was they seemed to take longer to get back to questions I had after me paying for my puppy and it took 15 days from the date I paid for him till getting him. After the transporter picked him up from the breeder they got him here in one day which was amazing with it being over 900 miles. Overall I would recommend them still. They are a legit company & did do everything they said they would. I now have my new best friend that I am absolutely in love with.

We really liked the process of getting our new puppy,it was easier than we expected. I really had trouble with signing of the documents. I'm 76 and not familiar with the technical aspect which made it hard. I'm still not sure if I got everything done. If it wasn't for the delivery service we would have had getting our puppy little hard to get. I especially want to thank Donna Conner for helping me through the process.

As the intermediary between the breeder and the buyer, Parade did both great and not so much. Coordinating purchase and transportation processes was superb, and we were kept informed of each step of both processes. However, when answering questions that required breeder feedback, Parade blindly accepts the breeder information with no verification of information, and has no knowledge of or sight of the puppy/dog in question. Parade is only a broker, so buyer beware. We took our pup the the Vet as required in the contract, and discovered she had a significant case of ear mites, even though she had visited an accredited Vet on Friday before her Monday departure, and was given a clean bill of health.

At first I was skeptical and concerned about this being a scam operation. But I followed through and now have the most beautiful puppy. Wish I could have had some communication with the breeder, not just the Pawrade employees. But all is well that ends well.

I never thought of buying a pup online. Pawrade staff are all very polite and professional. But, alot of computer skills and smartphone skills were needed, at least to me. I'm an older guy so maybe most people would not have had the trouble I did with the process but the folks at pawrade did a fantastic job at helping me through with my lack of online skill. A+ for all the help they gave me to get my new lil buddy to me!

My experience was good. Staff was friendly & responsive to my questions. I decided to pick up the puppy from the breeder, and that was a nice experience. With so many online scammers around, buyers like me are afraid there is no real puppy on the other end. We need to be reassured that this online process works!
