Getting a pup hundreds or thousands of miles across the country to their new home can sometimes run into some issues that are beyond anyone's control. Hey Melissa, We are sorry to hear that your pup arrived with some issues. Ear infections and small umbilical hernias are common and are covered by your Petpay Health Guarantee. Please be sure to forward your vet documents to [email protected] right away so that we can get you taken care of.

Hey Teresa, We are sorry to hear that your pup arrived with an ear infection. Your Petpay health guarantee does cover the medication for that and you may have additional coverage through the 30 days of complimentary Metlife that we provide. You do have to submit a claim for this. It is also important to note that regular puppy wellness expenses that were also on your invoice are an expected cost of having a puppy and not covered by PetPay or Metlife.

Hey Kathy, We are so sorry to hear that your pup arrived with Giardia. Unfortunately it is very common and luckily it is usually easy to treat. Sometimes with the stress of travel a pups immune system is compromised and a parasite can flare back up. That is why we make you aware to watch for symptoms and we also cover the required medication. Thank you for chosisng Pawrade and we hope your new furbaby is feeling 100% very soon.

Hey Rick, it is true that we don't list the pup's locations on our website. But if you reach out to an associate they can filter them for you by location and many other preferences as well. We will go above and beyond to make sure you get the perfect pup in a completely safe and secure process.

Hey Corinne, we are sorry to hear that you are not completely happy. We do send reminders about invoices that are overdue, that is true. We want to make sure that the delivery of your pup is not delayed by a simple oversight to take care of an invoice. We do also provide 30 days of complimentary Metlife coverage for our pups as well as the 3 year PetPay health guarantee. Hey Julie, We are so happy to hear that your pup arrived happy and healthy just as promised. We do work so hard to make this happen. But your claims about our pricing is completely inaccurate. Absolutely every amount for the total price of the pup is fully disclosed in the original listing before you purchase. The taxes obviously are not displayed until you get to checkout because we would need to know your state for that but most folks assume they will pay the tax required by their state. Travel conducted by us is optional. You can choose to pick up from the breeder for free or choose one of our three other options that there is a very reasonable cost for. This is also very clear on our website and is presented to you during the reservation/checkout process before purchase. In fact you are required to check boxes acknowledging this to complete the transaction. We are absolutely 100% transparent with every charge and option clearly displayed. There are never any hidden or surprise fees at Pawrade. If there is an issue with the pups vaccines this will be covered under your Petpay health guarantee. But keep in mind the pups are vaccinated in compliance with the state they are bred and this may differ from your state. Also most breeders buy the commercial version of food. Though the ingredients are the same as the retail version they often appear different. We have reached out to you to address your concerns but you have not responded.
