I had my money stolen by the breeders. I paid for the puppy and they kept my money reselling the puppy to someone else. I had felt confident that Pawrade chose ethical breeders but that wasn't true. Now I'm having to engage with a lawsuit, instead a happy experience I'm in tears.

We have been asking for pictures for a pup that I am pretty sure I do not want only because we did not get any additional pictures just 3. Seriously heartbreaking. Pup is due on the 24 of April so I made the appointment for the 27th and now I do not know when as the aircompanion may get here??? I regret this whole process and do not trust them.

We received our four month old puppy on February 1 and she was just what we wanted. We fell more in love with her every day. After six weeks she got ill and we took her to our vet. He thought she had eaten something she shouldn’t have. Her blood tests weren’t good but we took her home with medications. After two days she was worse so we went back to our vet. He took an X-ray and blood tests and she had some string in her stomach and her blood tests were much worse. We gave him the go ahead for surgery. We went back the next day to pick her up and the news was devastating. She was very sick and almost surely terminal. She had pyloric hypertrophy. The vet had tried to correct it but it hadn’t worked. After surgery, he put dye in and the dye couldn’t make it out of her stomach. He told us he could send her home with medication but the outlook was not good at all. I asked if we were just prolonging her suffering and he said that he didn’t believe there was any way she could survive. We made the incredibly difficult decision to euthanize her. It’s been three weeks and we still feel like we’ve been gut punched. Varying between sad and mad and trying to make sense of it. Then Pawrade’s insurance company let us know that they didn’t feel euthanasia was necessary. I guess we were supposed to make her go through hell and hope for a miracle. We will never do business with them again. They are a glorified puppy mill. I gave Pawrade’s insurance company our veterinarian’s phone number as our vet had encouraged me to do but they refused to call our vet for further information. Also, our pup was 5 1/2 months old. The vet had removed the string. Had that been what was wrong, we would still have her.

When we received our puppy he had a runny nose. The first vet visit. If you read the second set of notes that I sent you, it states in there that he had a runny nose from the veterinarian. If you don't have those veterinary notes, I can resend them to you where it states that he had a runny nose. As for the insurance, we did activate the 30-day free insurance policy and we did extend our insurance policy that you said we didn't. I can also send you that confirmation information too.

We bought a bison Fisse. He has an underbite. He’s overly anxious and very hard to train. We love him and will live through his problems. He is not easy. His name is Asher.

So I just found out today that you cannot call more than once about it puppy. I guess when you make your phone call. You should be knowing that you're buying that first puppy that you call about. Because the girl was very rude with me today. Telling me that I've called in over 50 times which I think is a farce. But whatever and she wasn't sure if I was just calling to ask questions like normal, or if I really want to purchase one. I said I really want to purchase one but I'm not going to buy the first dog that I come along. I want to know the history of the dog. I you know, and anyhow. I was very put out by this. I was really quite shocked at her attitude and her disposition with me which was to me, very poor customer service. Not only that, she asked me that, but the tone that she asked me that in. And the word she chose to say, without any hesitation. She was just rude period I know where some of these puppies come from. And that's why I'm selective. I'm glad that a lot of you have had great things to say about them.And I might have, if I could have actually talked to someone today, I was actually very interested in this little mail.But neither here nor there I just thought that they show all these wonderful reviews, but they don't show any negative reviews, and I think to be fair to the public.That they should show both! The girl that I talked to her name was lily with a very bad attitude.And a very bad tone to be talking to me.I am an older lady.So I don't appreciate some of the ways of today, but that's neither here nor near I just go with it.But lily, your attitude was uncalled for today.Very uncalled for and I was very, very put out by this so we'll see how paul raid handles this.I don't know how long you've been with him.I don't know anything about you either.But I just know the way you handled my phone call today.Not only did I not buy a puppy but I won't be returning to your site.There's a lot of other places to buy puppies. Thank you Alice

This company is awful they sent me a sick puppy and the healthcare guarantee covers nothing I have a vet bill of 5 grand at the very least they should’ve refunded my money for the puppy but that was denied stay away from this company they don’t care about the animals or customers we’ve sent them all the vet notes and still they don’t help or care what choice did we have but take care of the puppy if we said no the puppy would have died it sure leaves us customers in a no choice spot
