Adopting our puppy through Pawrade was a wonderful experience. Communication was great and my questions were answered quickly. The process was easy and I was updated frequently. The puppy was healthy and happy. He was crate trained and actually slept through the 1st night (except for a quick potty trip). I am extremely happy with our experience and would highly recommend Pawrade.

I had the best experience with getting my new puppy from the beginning to the end to him even her being dropped off here. Everyone was so helpful. I called a few times every time I called someone was there to help me. We recently got a puppy from this wonderful company and they worked with an amazing breeder that hand delivered us our now fur baby named Kylo! He is perfect in Everyway and we are so happy to have him as the newest addition to our family. Thank you pawrade from. The bottom of our hearts for making this dream come true! Kylo says thank too 🐶 Also big shout out to pawrades staff for being nothing but helpful and informative through the whole process. 👍 Also want to thank the drivers from express puppies for taking such good care of our little guy on his long trip to us from Missouri. He was healthy and happy and perfect from day one! Thank you thank you thank you 5/5 great experience and I recommend them and have to everyone!

Receiving my puppy was a wonderful experience. She is growing up so fast and is being spoiled rotten. She loves looking at herself in the mirror and loves the sand ,walks,and the ocean.. we named her Ella . I'm so glad to have found this company, they were so helpful and nice ☺️

My experience and interactions have been wonderful so far! The Pawrade team was super supportive and responsive. I’m new to owning a puppy and they helped me with all my silly questions and walked me through my fears (of my own design). Lois was just so so so kind. You could feel the genuine love she has for what she does. My puppy (a YorkiePoo) arrived in great health (except for an eye infection which was addressed immediately #MedVet). The transport team was glorious, they kept in touch with me every step of the way. I purchased my YorkiePoo to be my companion and my friend as well as my emotional support friend. I can already tell she’s totally suited for that role I thank Mother Earth I was in a position to buy her, and I also thank that I worked with Pawrade

The best way to get a puppy.

I do appreciate that Pawrade is very open and honest about their process and what to expect. Everything went flawless from the initial communication, to the delivery, and now with our new puppy. But I will say I probably won’t use the service again unless they make some changes to the breeder/customer interactions. I would like to know a bit more about the breeder and the condition/care of the pups before delivery. They are very open that they can’t guaranteed this for every breeder so there’s no way you can fault Pawrade for that. But it would be nice to have breeders that disclose more information or communicate more with sellers. And maybe Pawrade could provide more expensive options where the breeders are listed as more communicative once a purchase/deposit is made. But 10/10 service otherwise and if I’m unable to find a breeder in the future I would use Pawrade again.
