Overall, I am happy with my experience with Pawrade. I opted to pick up my puppy, but I didn't get the actual location or contact information until a day or two before I was scheduled to fly out for pickup. Also, the minimal/slow communication from the breeder was a little concerning but she did explain and apologize for it when we met up. I was so worried about funny business because of everything you read online but everything was exactly as promised, and very thorough on Pawrade's part. We are enjoying a very healthy and happy Corgi puppy. -C.O.

Its actually quite the opposite. We are meticulous in keeping everything secure and totally above board. We definitely hear about all the scams out there and work hard everyday to ensure nothing like that happens here!

Communication and Quality
I loved everything that Pawrade had to offer us as new puppy owners. They were there to give us advice, address any questions I had, and so much more. Shout out to Cindy for being so understanding during the hiccups and working with the breeder, The only thing that I would’ve liked more of is more communication from the breeder, how was my puppy’s personality in her litter how many puppies did they have, how was she growing, special things about her, etc. (yes I asked but there wasn’t much coming back from their end) I literally had no idea what size crate/collar to buy among others due to not knowing her size at time of arrival. Maybe that’s asking a lot but again being a new puppy mom I feel like there was so much that I just didn’t know, therefore, the more information the better for me. Bottom line is I have a happy, healthy puppy and I’m very grateful to pawrade for that!

Hey Kristen, we are so pleased to hear that overall you are happy with your pup and our process. We also appreciate the constructive criticism as well. We will be looking into what may have caused a lack of communication from the breeder to ensure this does not happen again. Typically we can do a three way call or video call with the breeder. I apologize that didn't happen for you. We do wish you many wonderful years to come with your new furry friend.

Super helpful staff and easy process
Super helpful staff and easy process. For the money, would be nice to have pictures and a bit more information on the pup’s parents. I haven’t gotten confirmation on the three year health guarantee. Over all experience has been good.

Puppy was as pictured. Transportation was an issue, do not arrange flight nanny over a holiday. Didnt like no communication with breeder. A text or email sharing schedule, likes, dislikes would be helpful.

Good communication
Good communications but Jamieson didn’t arrive as planned due to weather. Jamieson has a pre- existing condition- unbiblical hernia but my vet told me that it will self correct or can be corrected when neutered. Fast forward - Jamieson arrived and he is perfect! Very clean and healthy!
