The moment he was placed in my arms I knew that he had been loved and cared for... now it is my turn to smother my healthy, happy Spider with hugs and kisses for the rest of his life. Everyone I spoke to made sure they found the answers to my questions. They were very kind and understanding when I was confused or asked the same questions over again just for clarity. They seemed to be as excited about my puppy than I was and it was so great to share that joy with them.

This was a very thorough process! From the moment we saw our Bernie, we were in love with him. We were called immediately when we had a question. The people were friendly. The contact was constant, and again, thorough. He flew out with nannies and there was a group chat. We were updated every step of the way and received photos and videos of the journey. He is home and is super sweet.
