100% happy from start to having my new fur-baby now. Communication was frequent and detailed and I had phone numbers available if I had questions at any time. During transportation, the driver hit a deer and contacted me immediately with pictures and assured me that my baby was safe and kept me posted on updated travel times. When she arrived, she was completely healthy and happy; her eating habits were perfect. Her bathroom events are completely healthy and she is playing and happy and I am just thrilled.
