Easy process

Pawrade was absolutely wonderful in preparing us before Duchess (formerly Tina) even arrived, setting our family up completely for success. We knew which food to buy, which supplements to have on hand, and what was expected of us at every step of the adoption process. Every single person in the process was very knowledgeable and fabulous at communicating. I truly appreciated the continuous repetition throughout the process because at times it felt overwhelming in bringing another family member home, but hearing the process multiple times leading up to her arrival was incredibly helpful. When she finally arrived, I was grateful to have the messages on the Pawrade platform to scroll back through and locate the puppy guide packet for additional details. I am very impressed with how professional and responsible everyone was throughout, and I could really tell how much they care about these dogs going to a good home. Incredible service!

Everything from choosing my new puppy to picking him up went incredibly smooth! I was nervous buying him online at first but in the end I am sooo glad I did! Pawrade’s team of concierges were there every step of the way.

If you are on the fence about using Pawrade, don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed! What initially sold me is their commitment to working exclusively with ethical and responsible breeders. From day one, their staff was incredibly attentive, supportive, and lightning-fast with answers. Their overall attention to detail is really what sets them apart. I was initially reluctant of using a delivery service and planned to fly to Virginia to pick up my Labrador puppy myself. However, the Pawrade team completely reassured me, promising white-glove treatment with regular stops for walks and feeding. They absolutely delivered on that promise. My puppy arrived safe, sound, and most importantly, incredibly happy and healthy. If you want total peace of mind when bringing your new companion home, Pawrade is the way to go.

Excellent process, from the beginning to the end.
