One day I randomly google “Toy Poodle Puppies for Sale.” First thing that popped up was Pawrade. The first puppy I saw I instantly fell in love with her knew she had to be mine! I was a little nervous in what I was getting myself into but I made sure to do my research before submitting my big purchase. Let me tell you the Pawrade staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Before submitting I was contacted by a puppy concierge she was absolutely the greatest. Made my decision easier to purchase my new fur baby. Throughout the entire process after I purchased my new fur baby, the travel concierge kept in contact with me always there to answer my questions, and my customer service liaison was there to make sure I was prepared for my new puppy. I decided to have my puppy ground transported to me, she was delivered right to my doorstep. The Puppy Wagon Staff were so sweet! They would call/text me with updates with my puppy. THANK YOU PAWRADE FOR THE AMAZING EXPERIENCE! :)

Pawrade did everything they could to make the process of getting my puppy go smoothly. I’m not happy with the breeder as my questions didn’t get answered and my email to the breeder saying that I got a sick dog went unanswered.

Well! I found PawRade to be honest, helpful, and very knowledgeable about what I needed to know about getting the Yorkie, I learned that a company like pawrade is exactly who I needed, they found me a dog right away, and as a way of being safe and far they required that my Yorkie receive a thorough examination free at the owners expense before he headed our way, and when we got him, as part of the deal, we were required to take him to our veterinarian for a full work up on our end as well, and we had 72 hours to get it done, then we send a copy of his health records back to PawRade and Petpay, then we kept a copy for us, I’m really glad that I found PawRades, it’s a Very safe way to buy a pet, and they will find any type of breed your looking for, so that’s pretty cool, eliminating the hassle and worry of buying a pet with all their safeguards in place, they protect you and the breeders any kind of fraud, they don’t deal with crooked dog mills Were people raising the puppies haven’t got adequate training for raising them, as my wife found out, those puppy mills are liable to give you a very sick puppy, the puppy cost her $700 and then died in about 4 days, we had to pay for the autopsy , we don’t know if she will get her money back, but thanks to PawRade, we have a safe place to buy a puppy, they require that the breeders are qualified and they check them out to make sure that the breeders are certified and licensed! I write a review my own way, I’m a stubborn man!

I found my new puppy on Pawrade and couldn’t be happier! I saw her photo on their website and sent a quick note to them. After that, the Pawrade staff was there to help me with everything until she was in my arms. Great experience all around!

I have nothing but gratitude and praise for all that Pawrade did for my spouse and I to find, purchase, ship, and insure our new member of our family to us. We named her “Kalia” which means “Beloved” in Hawaiian. Our bundle of joy and love arrived in perfect condition via American Airlines Cargo. We are exceptionally satisfied. Also we appreciated all that MetLife Pet did for us, and we decided to forgo the 30-day free insurance and simply purchase regular monthly insurance which began at midnight that day, and protected our Kalia, and us. Kudos all around!

Communication was thorough and plentiful throughout the process and we knew we were getting a quality companion from a quality breeder using a high-quality company, we could not be more pleased!
