I had an awesome experience working with Pawrade. Not only could I pick the very puppy I wanted, but Pawrade was with me every step of the way answering questions, providing me with information on my particular puppy and guiding me through the whole process from start to finish. PetPay who coordinates with Pawrade handled the finances and I was able to choose the mode of transportation for my puppy with the travel coordinator. Every person I had communication with was kind, knowledgeable, reassuring and professional. I highly recommend Pawrade without reservation.

I didn't really know much about Pawrade or it's standards of operation, but I have to admit, this definitely is the way to go when purchasing a puppy! Great communications with Pawrade though out the entire process.

I couldn’t be more happy with my experience with Pawrade, customer service was ready, willing, and able when I had questions. They are extremely helpful, and their transport system, which was Wags on Wheels, was absolutely amazing! They gave me a link to an app so I could always see where they were, and gave puppy updates along the way. My puppy, after being on the road for 3 days, has shown no signs of distress at all. He was clean and happy upon delivery, and honestly, I couldn’t ask for better service!

I was so anxious about purchasing my puppy for a variety of reasons. Things like not seeing her prior to purchase, having to make puppy travel across 7 states to get to me, etc. Parade not only handled all of these issues perfectly, but put my mind at ease & insured puppy's health & safety. I am now the proud owner of a smart, beautiful, loving, great tempered little girl who is a joy to be with!

The people at Pawrade were quick and prompt, honest and helpful, and a good go between for me and the breeder. I got a wonderful puppy named Nessie. She's a golden retriever puppy. I would use them again. A great service!
