From selecting just the right pup, location, gender, and coloring, the experience was wonderful. After reserving our pup and purchasing her, we received excellent information as to what the next steps were and were walked through them effortlessly. The breeders vet disclosed a minor defect in the pup, which is normal for the breed, as we already have this breed at home, and we signed off on it, knowing it was not life threatening or anything else. We were given a date and pick-up time, and a mutually agreed upon location to receive our pup and transfer ownership. We were given the breeders name and phone number in case changes needed to be made. Day of pick up was seamless! I was able to contact the breeder with some questions once home, just to clarify what the pup was used to for certain things and had great satisfaction. Should we want another pup in the future, we will definitly go this same route, it made everything so easy and comfortable knowing your breeders are veted and you only use those who have great reputations. Kudos to a fine organization!

Our experience with Pawrade was amazing! From the moment I reached out till the time we got her Lois was in constant contact with me. All my questions were always answered right away and I had so many questions. The service to get her to me was Wags on Wheels. Mark and Zack were great as well and always in contact with us right up to the minute they arrived with her. She slept without a peep once she got here. From the very beginning of the process until the moment Chu-Chu arrived safely at my home, my experience with Pawrade was excellent. As a first-time customer purchasing a puppy through an online broker, I naturally had many questions. Every representative I worked with was professional, courteous, patient, and responsive. Donna, Liz, Reagean, Ashley, Brenda, and the rest of the team consistently kept me informed and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I especially appreciated the thorough pre-travel veterinary examination, the detailed health documentation, and the clear communication regarding transportation. The veterinary report gave me confidence that Chu-Chu was healthy before beginning her journey. I also appreciated the emphasis on taking her to my own veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival. Express Puppies did an outstanding job transporting her from Missouri to North Carolina. They kept me updated during her trip, answered my questions promptly, and delivered her safely. Chu-Chu arrived alert, healthy, and in excellent condition. Within 24 hours of arriving home, she was eating, drinking, playing, and settling in beautifully. My veterinarian examined her the next day and was very pleased with her overall health. She has already become a beloved member of our family. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. We had a wonderful experience with Pawrade bringing home our Havanese puppy, Frigg (formerly Ivana). From the beginning, communication was excellent. Tara answered all of our questions and helped us feel confident that Frigg’s temperament would be the right match for our family. We were looking for a loving, people-oriented companion dog who was also confident and adaptable. Frigg arrived exactly as described — sweet, affectionate, easy-going, and comfortable with handling and new situations. The ground delivery process was smooth, and she arrived healthy and happy. Within her first day home she was already settling in, accepting grooming, going for walks, and meeting her new big brother Odin.
