Everything was wonderful!

I was skeptical at first with all of the internet scams. But I researched the company and decided to go for it. Everything went so smoothly from picking out our new baby, payment, instructions, setting up the policy and pick up. Needless to say, she’s perfect and we are in total love.

This company has changed my life for the better; I am amazed at how informative, friendly, organized and comforting the staff at Pawrade/Petkey are, and so were the drivers of the transportation van. I love you guys and I super love my new healthy puppy!

Prompt and professional

I have always had German Shepherds and all but one came from a rescue I volunteer for. There from the get go I accept all know physical or behavioral challenges that exist or that may present later in life. I lost my lost boy in July and nothing could be found to cause some idiopathic neurologic issues that were suddenly presenting. I knew I wanted to get a puppy this spring but I was looking for that one particular puppy that grabbed my heart. I tried finding that puppy with breeders in my area. Timing was not right nor what I was looking for was aligning itself. Somehow I was on FB and a feed for Pawrade came up and just out of curiosity on looked on the site. It was impressive. I had seen other private breeders doing the same across the country but they did not have the immense platform as Pawrade. I typed in my search and there he was. It was him! I clicked on reserve and the process began. The customer service was superb. They were always there to answer my questions. It functioned like a well oiled machine. I got to talk to the breeder and saw my puppy. Transport was incredible. I followed them all the way to me. I met the people. How caring they were. They are connected to an insurance company. There was not a single hiccup in this process. A single breeder could not protect the breeder, puppy or the buyer like Pawrade. I had so many doubters in my ear saying Debbie you ought to know better. I went with my gut feeling and I have had my little boy for just over two weeks. I am fulfilled. He smart, and you can tell the breeder worked with him and he is gorgeous. I will still do rescue, there is a need in this world for both. Kudos to Pawrade, they do the work for you. I cannot thank them enough.

Great customer service, always available to answer questions. Loved that I could do video calls to see my puppy before getting her. Easy process from start to finish.

Every concern we had someone was always there to answer our questions and concerns to ensure all things are going well with our new puppies and we are excited they have arrived !
