PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

Holland arrived in remarkable shape. Clean, full tummy, bright and alert. I was unsure what to expect from this process, but at every step, I was expertly guided. She is a wonderful pup and we will have lovely adventures together. She is completely “house trained” to puppy pads and eats well. I followed the instructions regarding NutriCal, but honestly she was in such great shape, it wasn’t really necessary. My vet agrees that she is in perfect condition at this point. Thank you for “brokering” between myself and the breeder. Obviously this breeder exceeds professional standards and takes excellent care of their stock and litters, but I would not have even considered them because of the geographical distance. Thank you for a very positive experience and a beautiful pup! Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience . Everything was well organized and made easy. Great communication from the concierge. Breeder was also super helpful and responsive to all questions . Flight nanny was outstanding, texted with updates and pictures along the way. Our fur baby arrived happy and healthy ❤️

Good: 1. Quick to respond to inquiries 2. Walked me through the process 3. Up front information 4. Lots of communication on the status Improve: 1. Projected delivery time in a more timely manner

Smooth process overall!

The company was informative and efficient. Everything was explained verbally and by email. It was great to watch our pup Luna traveling towards us. The GPS program was very reassuring. The funny texts were great fun from the drivers.A informative and efficient Company

They stayed in, touched the entire time. They helped negotiate with the breeder. They answered all questions. Had a great experience with the transportation team. All in all excellent experience can’t say enough good things about it.

The whole process was easy and wonderful. We absolutely love our new puppy. He is healthy and happy. The people I was working with were amazing. They made sure I had all the information and everything was going smoothly. They even called afterwards and checked if everything is going well. Absolutely would recommend, if you are looking for a new puppy. Thank you so much my family is very excited.

Had a great experience with Pawrade and the transporters. Would recommend. Just wish I could have spoke with the breeder. But very happy with our new addition
