We absolutely LOVE our new puppy

We absolutely LOVE our new puppy, Oliver Basil (formerly known as Diego)!! The positives about Pawrade: it is super easy to reserve a puppy, and the consierges were lovely, responsive and helpful. They worked with us and provided all the information we needed to be prepared (as much as possible) for his arrival. He is clearly very well loved and super happy and healthy. We are grateful for that. The not so good: We reached out on several occasions for answers to questions from the breeder, only to get no response. Once he arrived, we were disappointed to find that Oliver was not at all potty trained, despite being 15 weeks old. Puppy transport is a great idea, and super helpful, but very hard on the puppy. The drivers were very kind, and clearly love the puppies. They were great and communicated well. However, delivery was in the middle of the night, which was a difficult way to start off with our puppy. It took a number of days for him to be able to relax after the trauma of 36 hours of travel. All in all, we are very happy, and so grateful to have our new family member safe and sound with us. Now for some puppy training classes to help get him to learn how to potty outside...

You are right that or delivery crews are awesome folks. They actually work as a team to keep the vehicle moving 24 hours a day so that the pups get to their new homes as quickly as possible. Occasionally this requires a very late or very early delivery. But this is in the best interest of all the pups. We cant delay travel for all the pups for a more convenient time for one. Everything we do is with a puppy first approach. The pups health, safety and happiness are of paramount importance to us. Best wishes to you and Oliver for many fun filled days to come.

Beautiful puppy 's
Took some time to get all the facts together and that shows how they watch over their puppy's. I had mine transported by car to me and the couple that drove him up were wonderful the best people to deal with.

Reliable and safe
The whole process was excellent, but they could do better for the pick-up arrangements. First, they told me to wait for them to confirm that the puppy was ready, but this never happened, and the breeder ended contacting me to deliver the dog.

TWO Puppies Great!!!
They had the wrong area code for us, so the drivers weren't able to contact us and we ended up getting a call with only 2 Hrs Notice of their arrival. The 2 drivers were kind, sweet & very professional ! Our 2 Puppies are adorable, fun, sweet n Never ending Playful w/ each other!!! We are thrilled 😃💕
