HORRIBLE BREEDER ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE
Atlanta breeder attempting to aign ip for pawrades breeder program inorder to list my puppies with them. What shoukd have been a breeze became an extremely difficult process. The “concierge” was never available to take my phone calls. Morning or afternoon. They eventually would call back. The main thing that bugged me was a RR talking so fast when age finally did call. She sped through everything so quickly. I kelt receiving an error message about my identity being already in the system. Rachelle insisted I wasn’t putting my name in correctly as it appeared in my government id. Pressured me into giving her my ssi along with my full first middle and last name when the site only ask for my first and last name. She tells me it goes through on her end but Im not confirmed on my end. I ask about a refund of the $25 it took to get started aince i cant confirm myself on the site. She says no refunds i guess you wont be onboarding. We end the call. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I went to Gooddog.com much better simpler easier!

We do admit that our onboarding process for breeder's can be a bit challenging. But that is how we make sure we only partner with the best breeders who operate with integrity and are capable of adhering to all of our stringent requirements. We have hundreds of breeders who managed to successfully complete our process with little or no help. We are sorry that this person found it so difficult. Ultimately it is probably best that we decided to not pursue partnering with this breeder and we did in fact immediately refund their $25 application fee. We wish them the best in finding loving homes for their pups.
