I love our new puppy but!!
I love our new puppy. The only downside was when the puppy is being transported and is in the van, she is in the cab 100% of the time. Out of her crate to pee and poop in the van. This makes initial training tougher. The puppy thinks she needs to pee and poop on the floor. Also the MetLife 30 day insurance is only for emergencies. I was under the impression it paid for the first visit. When I went to activate the 30 day policy from MetLife, I was informed, the policy is for emergencies only. I think Pawrade does a fantastic job with information about what to do and care for your pup. I did feel at ease that the website was not bogus and was legitimate. Any contact from the breeder would have been a blessing . Unfortunately you never hear from the breeder.

Hey Mark, Thank you for choosing and trusting Pawrade. We are sorry to hear that you are having some house training issues but are sure your new best buddy will come around quickly with your live and patience. The free 30 days of coverage we provide thru Metlife will typically address most common issues with a new pup. But it is true that the normal cost of a puppy wellness visit is a normal expense that is not covered. We do apologize for any misundrstanding. Bestg wishes to you and your new furry family member for many fun filled adventures ahead.
