This is by far the most expensive puppy experience I have ever had. I absolutely to not mean that as a criticism. I feel that it was worth it to get this sweet little bundle in my lap right now. She is sweet and beautiful and very friendly. My only problem is this: I had an appointment set up for Friday which was fine (well within our 72 hour deadline) - until I got called in to work for Friday morning. I tried to get her appointment changed but ask my cousins to take her Friday if needed. I got a message from parade that the 72 hour rule stands. So thank you to my cousins for helping out in my first puppy mom issue.

Very responsive, helpful and friendly. I felt very at ease that I was not going to be scammed and there were many checks in place to make sure of this. However, I do have slight concerns about how much effort they put into their "No puppy mill" guarantee. In retrospect it seems like a lot of dogs had similar backgrounds in their photos and variant enough ages that being of the same litter wouldn't make sense. Made me a touch concerned. However, the puppy I got was happy and healthy with a great personality so I would say he was well taken care of before my purchase, so his breeder in particular did well. Also mildly annoyed my the MetLife 30 day free insurance requirement, as of course MetLife pushes you to purchase full insurance when you try to activate the free 30 day coverage. While this is good for individuals who might not have put their pet under insurance, I have another dog with insurance under a different company and the first thing I did was get my new puppy covered under them as well. Would reccomend perhaps allowing proof of satisfactory coverage as an alternative to the MetLife 30 days.

Ordering the puppy was perfect. Calling and having someone get back to you is the problem. No one called us back about an issue . The puppy was brought to me in the middle of the night (3:20 am). I live alone and I was so nervous about them coming at that time. When I called no one called me back. I am in love with my new puppy

When it comes to the care of cats and dogs, they are the king.

The name is catchy and caught my attention. Animals are a privledge to have.

From the very beginning the people who worked with me were very helpful and informative. The 2 gentleman how brought my puppy to us were nice and did a very good job of taking care of her while bringing her to us!

Everyone I worked with at Pawrade was extremely communicative as we were making our selection and purchase of our pup. Communication slowed down considerably once we made our decision and it was sometimes difficult to get anyone on the phone or online to answer questions. Initially, I had intended to fly to pick up my puppy so I could meet the breeder and see where she was raised but ultimately I was told they’d only agree to meet up at a post office nearby and I opted to have her flown to us instead. Very disappointing. I’d say in general, communication with the breeder was poor. We didn’t find out the food she was on until the day before she arrived, and requests for photos of her parents were not answered for days. (Though we did get them!) We had a few hiccups with the planned travel of my wonderful puppy, but everything went smoothly in the end. She arrived happy, healthy, and sweet as can be! She passed her vet visit with flying colors and we are overall very happy with the outcome. The MetLife insurance is pretty useless, and it’s a little annoying to have to listen to a sales pitch for pet insurance that is quite limited and expensive…

Mostly everyone has been very helpful. I was pretty nervous about my puppy being treated well, being healthy, and getting to me safely and almost everyone, especially Emma, was so good at calming my nerves.
