Hey Amber, thank you for choosing Pawrade. We are happy that we were able to help you find the perfect pup for you. We do disclose the travel change fee in the travel work order that you signed. Once you have confirmed your travel choice, paid for it and it is booked with the transit company unfortunately there are quite a few fees that we incur to cancel. We dont make any money off that and if you cancel or change before the process is completed we dont charge a fee. Picking up in person is free, no charge for that.

Hey Dawn, I do apologize that you didnt recieve hard copies of the paperwork. I will email you some asap. Also all of your documents are uploaded to your Petpay account so that you can view and download them at anytime. Just log into your account, go to the travel invoice and click details. You will find all of your documents there. EDIT: I see our admin staff got you all the documents the same day you requested them.

Hey Christy, We are sorry to hear that your pup arrived in need of some grooming. We do always recommend each pup gets a bath soon after delivery so they can get a fresh start in their new furever home. You should have been able to contact the breeder directly as you were in route. Ultimately we are glad all turned out well and we were able to help you adopt the perfect pup for you!

Hey John, Thank you for chooisng Pawrade and we are happy that we were able to help you adopt Jazmine and that she is doing well. Ground travel typically does not take 5 days and I will hve to look into why that may have been. Pups do spend most of the time in their crate but this is for their safety and in accordance with USDA guidelines. Letting them out into public spaces or in contact with other pups can expose them to viruses, parasites, etc. They do get out into the van individually as the crew is cleaning the cage, feeding and watering them etc. We also want to thank you for providing a wonderful, loving home for Jazmine.

Hey Patrick, Thank you for choosing Pawrade and trusting us to get you your wonderful new pup. Getting a live animal from one part of the country to another has a lot of moving parts. It does require several people to specialize in the different areas to get it done efficiently. While having a single agent assigned to a client would make the experience more personal it would also cause quite a few other issues as any employee only works 5 days/40 hours and would leave you with no assistance possibly for days at a time. We do sincerely apologize and we do understand that our process does require a bit of work from our clients. But that is how we make sure you get the perfect pup, safe, happy, healthy, and with no worries about all the shady operators out there.
