Hey Hamilton, We are happy to hear that your new pup is all you could hope for and are sure he will be a wonderful additon to your family. Getting a pup across the country in a safe and efficient manner can sometimes be a challenge but I will be looking into what may have complicated your situation and make any improvements we possibly can. We give our buyers the breeders contact information once the pup has had their Head to toe medical exam an is ready to travel. This keeps al communication going through us so there is no possibility for innocent miscommunication.

Hey Lisa, your pup is in fact a Maltese. We have confirmed with your breeder that both her parents are registered Maltese. Perhaps the changes in appearance that pups go through as they grow may be confusing your vet. But we are happy to hear you love her and thank you for providing a loving home!
