Pawrade vets their breeders very well, my dog was clearly well taken care of before i received him.

Every step of the way Pawrade team made it so comfortable, they put me at ease . No matter how many times I had texted with multiple concerns, I got the reply almost immediately. The team put me at ease and I have already given your contact to my friend.

My husband and I were very blessed to be able to find Pawrade website. Last year our 15 year old Shih Tzu passed and we were heartbroken. At first, we didn’t want another pet but after coming across Pawrade website, and reading all the reviews we immediately changed our mind. After picking our puppy online we then received a call from Jessica. She was very friendly, helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. She then walked us through the process. Once we put the deposit down for our puppy, we received a call from Donna our Customer Service Liaison. We enjoyed working with Donna she was very knowledgeable and helped us with completing our transactions for our puppy. Donna made sure that we had all the documents needed and she was available to help with any questions we had about our puppy. My husband and I asked if we could see our puppy in real time, Donna then set up a FaceTime meeting with the breeder, we were able to see our puppy sleeping and then playing with the breeder. The breeder was informative and discuss the things that we would need for her arrival. Just watching our puppy play, made us even more excited to be getting our Shih Tzu puppy from Pawrade. Thank you Pawrade for our beautiful puppy ”Paris”. We have already told our family and friends of this great experience and we are looking forward to purchasing another puppy from Pawrade in the future. Great experience from start to finish!
