Puppy joy to future Dog joy! We found our perfect puppy. Our sweet girl has brought so much happiness. I looked at several online sights and at several breeds and kept coming back. They were very interactive in written communications and checking in by phone to answer my questions. As I requested, the breeder made more current photos and even a short video available and I simply couldn't resist. I wished I had asked more about the delivery travel. The long drive was difficult her and it took a week to settle her delicate system down. The driver was very nice and professional but had many more deliveries to make. There were several mandatory requirements - 72 hour vet check, feeding the same food through puppy hood, providing a supplement after arrival, delaying any shots for 10 days. As far as the month of health insurance being part of the transaction, I was suddenly confronted with the need to make a decision between the month included or signing up for pet insurance, and felt rushed and unprepared. Even so, I would definitely work with them again.

We were very pleased and impressed by the service and support we got from the Pawrade team. I asked a lot of questions, and expressed my concerns, and they were all very personally addressed. Our five month old Pom flew to us with no incidents, and sprang out of her travel crate ready to love us! She has turned out to be a great little dog. Don't be afraid to ask LOTS of questions on a call with the breeder. We had a long Zoom call with her and our puppy. I'm very glad we did, to be sure we were getting the right dog for us. She came from a small family breeder on a farm, and is a super well-adjusted and socialized dog. We are also glad we got an older 5 month old puppy; she arrived potty trained and crate trained, a huge help.

Pawrade's dedicated team walked us through every step of the process. Their kindness and customer service are unmatched in today's market. The breeder was great, and even our vet commented on the records and care our wonderful puppy received before getting home. The best part is that we have a wonderful, loving puppy.
