Corgi clearly had never been out of a pen and could barely walk showed signs of abuse like peeing on floor when I would come back into the room

Hi Paul,
We understand your concerns and have tried to reach out to you on several occasions to address this. We want to investigate when there are serious allegations towards the care of puppies on our program and will need some detailed information and videos to determine truth behind this.
At older ages, puppies tend to take a little longer to get acclimated to their new homes. Peeing can be both a sign of excitedness and scared. Either way, she's in a new home and although you are her new family, she does have to get familiar with you.
With travel, just like for humans, it can affect dogs and puppies differently. She came via our Pampered Ground service. Some will get motion sickness that will have them lethargic and off-balance. Others aren't affected at all.
We do take this very seriously and would like to address this to ensure this is just typical acclimation issues. Please reach out to us either by way of the communication center, the direct contact numbers given, or by calling us at 888-729-8812. We do record all of our calls as we did when you were going through the reservation process and know that you are against this now however this is to protect all parties, including yourself.
We do hope Ava is doing well and acclimating to her new home at this time.

When paid well over 4K for puppy and shipping was told longest would be was 2 weeks. We are now on our 3rd pick up date and it will almost be 3 weeks from purchase date. When I express my concern they just send me a pick of the dog.

Hi Nick,
Thank you for speaking with our team regarding your concerns. We are happy Makaveli is home with you now and getting acclimated to his new furever home. Unfortunately, transportation can change from time to time however, it is something we are transparent in and advise in our travel work order that all our customers sign. We understand that life happens and things have to be adjusted when things like this do change but we appreciate you making the accommodations to be there when he arrived. We hope you are enjoying your new puppy!

The worst place to buy a puppy if you cannot go in person
This place advertises a lot of beautiful puppies I purchased a beautiful pomeranian well that's what I thought it was it's supposed to be cute and little and guess what I got. I got a Great Dane And when I called to Get a refund You know what they told me either take the dog or the breeder
keeps the dog and keeps my money so I decided to take the Great Dane So I suggest when you go to purchase a dog from here make sure you have up-to-date pictures because they advertise falsely they show you cute little beautiful babies and then you get dinosaurs and giraffes so think twice before you purchase They show you pictures of parents that look like pedigree show dogs and in the other hand you are getting mixed breeds so be careful what you purchase make sure you go in person to see these dogs because I got screwed and I really don't want anyone else to get screwed later on today I'll make another review and this time I'm going to put the pictures of the parents and of the puppy so that all of you can see and don't end up purchasing from this breeder because she is a low life scammer Well I just got the pictures that I was going to post these are the parents of the puppy I purchased just this is the puppy that I saw and this is what I gothis is what I got I purchased a beautiful pomeranian and Got this For some reason they don't let you download pictures now you know whythey tell me I dont know about the breed but I know about the breed I have two of them since they were 3 months and I know they go threw the ugly stage but this dog is not a pom it mixed and anybody can get AKC paper for a litter and put a puppy in there and I know that the case she is so upset that I pulled her card that she calls the police on me everyday so Im telling everyone that buys from pawrade if you can't see it and touch it don't buy it and they show cute pictures and when they are going to delivery they hit you with a mix breed And when you say you want your money back you can't get it back because 72 hours is up They tell you if you don't want the dog it's OK I understand you get chargered a fee for canceling at the last minute but They told me if I don't want the dog I can leave it but I don't get my money so I took the dog because I work hard for my money and not standing on the corner now I gotta a dog I don't want and I'm trying to figure out what to do with it

Rosemary,
We want to be very clear that the breed of puppy you picked, reserved, received updated photos on prior to delivery, received parent pictures of, and signed receipt on, was indeed a purebred Pomeranian. He, as well, is AKC registered that provides evidence that he comes from a Pomeranian lineage. You were not scammed and indeed have been given the puppy you reserved.
We do understand that not everyone is educated on the different stages of a Pomeranian as it develops from a puppy to an adult dog. Pomeranians will grow quickly in their first few months of life and will have a change in coats that falls out sporadically with new adult fur growth coming in. This can look odd and is often referred to (lovingly) as the "Puppy Uglies" since the coat change doesn't happen all at once. However, once the adult coat fully comes in and his adult weight is settled, he will reflect that of what we commonly see in a Pomeranian.
We do not control what TrustPilot allows for downloads as we would welcome you to provide the photos of your sweet Pomeranian puppy.
We do hope you will take the time to research your requested breed of pup and work to provide him a loving home.

Sick Puppy
I was told Frey had mild sniffles. But that was not the truth. She had on Friday Parvovirus and Pneumonia.
Response from PawradeSep 28, 2022
Thank you for speaking with us today, Deborah. We understand your feelings. It's an emotional roller coaster and we're so sorry you had to go through that.
To better outline the events as we discussed, our documented notes indicate that the pup started with just a slight issue of being under the weather with a snotty nose dated 8/25/2022. The breeder had us reach out to you to delay travel while her vet treated the puppy. Because you were already on the journey to get her you were very insistent on pressing forward. Despite our concern and the breeder's concern with allowing the puppy to travel, we came to an agreement and allowed her to go home with an additional vet visit with the breeder to rule out any major issues.
On 8/26/2022, the day you picked her up, the breeder took the puppy to her vet and had a fecal completed that was negative, a Parvovirus test that was negative, and was diagnosed with an upper respiratory issue however she was not eating well during this time too. We did make you aware and you still insisted on taking the puppy against our warnings, you signed a Pre-Existing Condition form stating you understood the risks, and were provided very specific instructions regarding her care, but it seems it was all just too much for her little body to handle, unfortunately.
There are some things we just cannot control however we believe your breeder did her due diligence to try to make this right with you with the full refund regardless of her hesitancy in sending the puppy home that day. In light of this situation, we have modified our protocols for the future to not allow a puppy to travel with a known illness regardless of the perceived severity and insistence of our clients.
Our heart truly goes out to you as we are all big animal lovers here and sympathize with you. Please know that you did not pick a bad breeder. She truly cares about these puppies and was heartbroken to hear the news of Freya.
We send our sincerest condolences your way.

The overall experience with…
The overall experience with communication, responsiveness, delivery etc was great. My argument is that our puppy was NOT vaccinated or dewormed by a licensed veterinarian. Pawrade allows these breeders to vaccinate the puppies and fill out their own paperwork and attach vaccine labels to the paperwork. Anyone can get these vaccines from a feed store and tape them to some paper work. The veterinarian health check must have been a simple visual check. Because my puppy came to me with intestinal parasites! So the health check was a lie! After paying over 3k for this puppy, I’m here footing the bill to have all these vaccines and dewormings performed. How can pawrade just simply take the word of these breeders?!?! Pawrade needs to up their standards and demand the breeders to have shot and deworming records from a licensed veterinarian! This is absolutely unacceptable!
Response from PawradeSep 1, 2022
Hi Randy.
Thank you for taking the time to discuss your concerns with us regarding Jax. It's true that these vaccines and dewormings are available to breeders to administer themselves however this is allowable based on USDA standards and what we follow. The unique stickers are provided from the vials to provide the evidence of the vaccine administered for your veterinarian. While not all breeders do this, it is very typical and common to see. Your veterinarian should not feel the need to administer all new vaccines based on this and should also be familiar with the USDA standards regarding this. Ensure before fronting the bill for new vaccines that you discuss this with your vet to make certain they are not over vaccinating your puppy and that you are not spending unnecessary money.
We hope this information helps you for moving forward with Jax and we are very happy that you love him so much already.
Please do not hesitate to reach back out to us regarding any concerns or questions you have.

Pawrade
Pawrade: I purchase a puppy in March 2022. Puppy was advertised as a mini dachshund fire Sire 10 lbs Dame size 8 or 9 lbs. I chose a mini Dachshund because it is difficult me to lift anything more than 10 lbs. As of today August 2022 my puppy is now 13 lbs and growing. I am doing research to see if it is possible for a puppy to grow larger than its parents. I contacted Pawrade Several times throughout this journey and they never follow through with trying to help me figure out what happened. The seller is still a major seller on the Pawrade website with many mini dachshund Pups being sold since I purchased my puppy. Even puppies from the same Sire and Dame, I did see a picture of the male parent dog and he did not look to be 10 lbs. I believe I have been scammed and there is nothing I can do about it. I want a full refund.
Response from PawradeAug 31, 2022
Hi Danielle,
We're very sorry for your concerns on puppy weight however that does not warrant a "scam". Because pups can pull from their past lineage and diet and exercise can depict a dogs full grown size, we cannot and do not guarantee full grown weights.
Dachshunds are determined mini from there measurements which the average miniature dachshund measures 4 to 7 inches tall at full grown size.
While we do understand the concern is based on what you are able to lift, we have had a staff member reach out to try to resolve a surrender, if that's what you are needing.
We have followed up with a message in your message center if it's easier for you to communicate that way. Please feel free to reach back out to us as well, 888-729-8812.

SHLDVE READ ALL THE RECENT REVIEWS…
SHLDVE READ ALL THE RECENT REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING….BUYER BEWARE…DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES…..AND SERIOUSLY CONCERNING PET HEALTH ISSUES….
-MY PUPPY HAS A HEART MURMUR…and they conveniently left that document out when sending me her vet records. (I obtained her complete records from the vet directly). The heart murmur should’ve been disclosed so I had the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to take this on. Also, I paid $3200 for her (not including the $800 transfer fee)….seems exorbitant for a puppy that has health concerns and that I will financially have to continue to invest in outside of the regular vaccines. Additionally, I would’ve never know about the heart murmur if I didn’t contact the vet directly.
-She also has a PARASITE!!! 1 day before transport they notified me she had a parasite, she was on meds, and assured she would be re-checked prior to transport. Well, 5 days later I was emailed “Lily cleared at the vet re-check exam” and she was being picked up for transport….(we thought that was quick and completely unexpected)……we have now found out that Lily never had a re-check exam and was NEVER CLEARED. Completely deceptive business practices! When I contacted the vet, they explained she wasn’t supposed to be rechecked until 4 weeks later…. the vet records indicated this as well…but these records were also conveniently left out of what Pawrade provided to me. Why?
BECAREFUL….PAWRADE DOESN’T REQUIRE A CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH FROM THE VET….. THEY JUST WANT THE SALE OF THE PUPPY COMPLETE. And what about my puppy’s health????....I would’ve never known to have her fecal retested for parasites in 4 weeks if I didn’t contact the vet directly. On another note, the breeder photo copied the meds bottle she was giving my puppy and the meds expired 4/16/2022 (its August 2022).
-Transport- the transporter was NOT VETTED….she was HIRED FROM FACEBOOK…the post indicated Buyer will only pay $450 for a puppy transport from Indiana to Florida….NOT TRUE AS I PAID PAWRADE $800 for transport….so not only did they juice me for hundreds of dollars, underpay the transporter and blamed me as if I was the cheapskate, but neither Pawrade nor the vet has ever used this transporter and was not vetted!
All of Pawrade's actions reflect they only care about getting the sale complete instead of ensuring the health of the puppy and the safety of the puppy.
Pawrade has yet to offer any concern, acknowledgement, or resolve. I’ve uploaded all the vet records to the app and I’ve called numerous times. No one has bothered to call me back which only furthers my frustration and reiterates their lack of integrity.
RUN FROM THIS COMPANY...THERE ARE NO MANY RECENT NEGATIVE REVIEWS OF THEIR UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES.
BBB 1.5 stars, Site Jagger 1 star...and so many more.
***Update/My rebuttal about the company's response below- they are absolutely, blatant liars.
1. 'They have made attempts to discuss'- False, I sent multiple messages requesting a manager to call me(i have all the screenshots). No one ever responded until I posted this review...in fact the email from Tania says "I received your review and am touching base"
2. My puppy does have a heart murmur per the puppy evaluation vet record dated 7.13.22 and i even contacted the vet myself. You also have the record as I uploaded them into the portal. If you screen the breeders- shouldn't you be more concerned with why she didn't provide this to you?
3. My puppy was NOT cleared before you sent her home. The vet records confirmed she was to be rechecked for clearance in 4 weeks. And to make things worse, you have now, after my review, sent me a generic document on letterhead from an entirely different vet (not the one that diagnosed her with the parasite) and that document has no identifying information for my puppy on it (not even her name). Nevertheless, I contacted the vet on that letterhead...im sure its no surprise to you that Lily was not taken into that vet.
4. And finally, you did not vet the transporter. She wasn't even hired by you nor did she ever have any communication with you. The breeder found her by posting on a facebook group. The transporter and I communicated about how the post indicated how little i as the buyer was willing to pay for transport. She took the job b/c she was already transporting. So I paid Pawrade $800 for transport and the breeder only paid the transporter $450.
-One more thing, I commented on your facebook page and you deleted it. Other customers have mentioned this as well. Why do you feel the need to manipulate public perception by deleting real customer reviews and experiences? If you had better business practices this wouldn't be necessary.
What's worse- a company's deceptive business practices or then them lying about the actual facts and concealment?
Response from PawradeAug 9, 2022
Hi Ms. Gerard,
We do take the puppy's health very seriously along with ensuring a safe and respectable transportation unit for them. While we understand your concerns and they are not unnoticed, we have made attempts to discuss these with you and rest your mind at ease that a) your puppy does not have a heart murmur per her Health Certificate and latest vet exam and b) that the diagnosed Coccidia was informed to you and treated and cleared by a licensed USDA veterinarian before we sent her home to you. All records have been made available to you in your account as well as our dedicated staff has made every effort to ensure you have them via email and text to help ensure you have the documented release. Please also know that we make every effort in our vetting process for both breeder and transport to ensure that your puppy is well cared for prior to coming home to you.
A managerial staff member has reached out to you with direct contact information to discuss your concerns further.
Since your personal vet appointment is today, we would love to know how she did in her wellness visit however if anything does come up, we are here to assist.
Best regards,
Pawrade Team
** Regarding your updated review, we understand your concerns and are still awaiting your response to the managerial staff. Contact information has been provided via a phone message and our message center for you. Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience.

My puppy that I received on July 13 is…
My puppy that I received on July 13 is finally starting to recover from intestinal and eye infections which she had upon her arrival. Kind of made first weeks with her difficult as I was constantly having to administer meds either orally or directly in her eyes...she didn't take that well. I paid cash for her so did not have to deal with petpay, however they have found it necessary to send me information on other buyers' payments. Every day I receive at least 3 to 5or 6 notices regarding other buyers' accounts. I am really tired of it and will be looking into my options regarding stopping it. I would never recommend dealing with Pawrade.
Response from PawradeAug 9, 2022
Hi Jan and thank you for reaching out. We are very sorry for the concerns here and appreciate you speaking with our managerial staff to try to rectify these issues. We certainly take security very seriously and have our tech team working on these now. While we received a clean bill of health for Kesha from her vet before yours, we understand this is a big thing to take on for your new furbaby. As discussed, we do have our claims process to help with any of the financial pieces for this. We wish it would have been caught sooner to avoid this but appreciate you taking such good care of her. We do wish you and Kesha some great memories moving forward.
