PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

Fantastic experience beginning to end. We could not be more pleased with every step of the process in finding, purchasing and getting our puppy home. My initial contact was with Amber who was not only friendly and patiently answered all me questions, but also extremely professional and made sure I understood the entire process. The follow up with others, including Emily Wood, Reagean Simmons and the drivers, Greg and Josh was timely and excellent. We were aware of what to expect and our expectations were not only met but exceeded. The Breeder also needs to be complimented for raising a loving, sweet and well-adjusted puppy. The transition to our home has been almost seamless. Our puppy's arrival on Thanksgiving day was fortuitous and gave us one more blessing to be thankful for. Our lives are filled with an even more abundant joy. Thank you to everyone on the Pawrade Team!! Wishing you all an especially wonderful holiday season. Sincerely, Gloria, Gilberto and Caramelo

From the initial purchase of our new puppy till he was delivered, the Pawrade staff was excellent throughout the whole process. The lines of communication were always open and they supplied all of the necessary information plus more about our new puppy. They kept the process simple but informative which was perfect for us. Also, the delivery of our pup was quick and he arrived happy and healthy. The driver was very friendly and kept in contact with us as he was getting closer to our location. We are so happy with our new puppy and will recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a puppy of their own!

Pawrade has a very good system to make getting your pup home. Everything moves along timely and you are kept informed of progress. The breeder and the transporter were both great. Helpful with questions and took great care of our boy. He is home, happy and worn out!

Everyone was very helpful and responded to our questions quickly. We quickly got the puppy we wanted.

The whole process from beginning to end went smoothly and I was informed at each step of the process. During the puppy travel, I was also informed daily and at 3 hours and then at 45 minutes to my house! The guys that brought my puppy were outstanding! My new pup adjusted to me and my house in just 2 days. He is a very happy boy. A+
