This company is a total joke! We purchased Taz who was located in Michigan later we get a text saying he’s in Indiana but they assured me he was in Michigan. This company won’t communicate with you. They wouldn’t tell me the contact details til I told them when I was going to get Taz. Kind of hard when you don’t know where you’re going to. It took a week to get a contact number for the breeder to arrange a pickup location which was in Indiana. Several times we thought this was a scam. If my wife wasn’t in love with Taz I would have cancelled the payment. I will never recommend nor use this company ever! I will use Puppy Finder. Which gave me contact info immediately! No BS straight forward info. Puppy Finder only!

I spoke to Amber on 8/22/23 about Edwin( a male Yorkie). I had some questions and she was supposed to ask the breeder if what I asked for was possible. I waited until the next day and did not hear from her, I texted her with no response. Then I called her and she told me that the breeder was on vacation. I texted her two days later on 8/25/23 and today is 8/30 /23 and still no response. I went to a local breeder and bought a beautiful toy Yokie. I’m glad I did not put in a down payment. You need good customer service to have someone buy such and expensive puppy online. You need to get acknowledgment when you text to make you feel valued as a costumer. Will NOT recommend Pawrade.

Everyone should think twice before start having deals with this company! We bought Labrador Puppy in MO. Until we pay final amount $2,470 We had so much attention from them! When we have got puppy at home, We found out Puppy is absolutely wild. She started biting and scratching our kids. When we called them to asking help, they said that amount is not refundable and on top of that we were supposed to pay again almost $800 for them to take puppy back to previous breader. All those conversations was 2 days ago and since August 27 and they not even call us to ask how we are doing. No any attention at all!!! They are only concentrate about MONEY! This is most horrible experience that we have had ever! Because the way how present themselves. We thought they were one of the best company but they ended up one of the worse company!

I’m having a really hard time accepting the fact that Pawrade could care less about the pups they sell. I purchased 2 pups from them one female and one boy. The boys situation was a dream. Don’t have any complaints besides a few ticks he came with. However when purchasing the female pup it felt like a scam or I was forced to buy her. The rep at Pawrade suggested I take a look at a female pup because she was within our budget of under $2k. Her name was Pippa. I clicked on link and saw the cute pictures then me and my children saw a video of Pippa and what seemed to be her breeder. The video was very sad. The man kicks Pippa and she goes flying across the room. She is crying and tries to avoid the man after, while he acts like it never happened. He didn’t even try to hide the fact he just kicked this poor pup! It was appalling to say the least. I felt horrible and told the rep what was going on? How could she not notice this? She assured me this never happens. She then told me the breeder was going to go under suspension so if I wanted pippa I needed to act fast. So I did. I even asked for a discount but was denied it. I told rep this felt so wrong paying the evil breeder because he didn’t deserve a cent. I know I signed a contract and agreed to pay BUT because of the abuse Pippa will need extra training to get her out of her anxiety and become a normal happy dog. Pawrade will not help. They only threatened me to remove my credit card dispute. They are horrible and I wouldn’t buy or recommend anyone to them.

I would give this company a zero. Bought a dog Thursday night, only to not hear back from anyone Friday to go over details and the next steps. I called them 3 times, only to get a message that there was no one available to take my call and to leave a message, I left the message. No call back. My husband finally a hold of a someone, and they were no help at all. She said that her shift started at 10am and there was other people she had to call before us. Furthermore, she said that our expectation to receive the dog over the weekend was ridiculous?! I spoke to a second person and all I kept getting was the run around. You need to wait for “Travel” to get back to you. Where is this so called travel person? Give me the extension or number. Because I have to plan a 6 hour round trip to pick up this dog and all I hear is, Nothing. They collected full payment to reserve the dog. We paid over 3k and all we got was the run around about how “Its not us its the breeder.” Then they told us, “Oh and if you cancel you owe us $599.00” for canceling. Are you kidding me? Where is the dog? You give us horrible customer service and now we owe you to cancel?Come on! So I did some digging around because nothing looked or sounded right. I found out these people are professional scammers. I wish I had done more research prior to doing business with them. They have So many complaints that, they been submitted to the BBB for review. Stay away from these scammers and adopt elsewhere. If you have been scammed by them call the FBI and FTC 1877-382-4357 Oh and these positive reviews here, not real. These people can say whatever they want to justify themselves. The breeder even reached out to me and said they never reached out to them to set a pick up date. My biggest issue was not getting a truthful response from these people. The so called “Travel” department to even bother calling me. An employee telling me that her day starts at 10am and i’m not a priority?? Come on people. Safety of your dogs, please?? You have 22 complaints with the BBB in just this year. So save your comments. Anyone can look you up.

It's hard for me to write this review because I really love the dog I purchased through this site ( my daughter sent me the link. I didn't find it). However, the process that I went through, from start to finish, was one of the most stressful situations that l've ever come across. I felt rushed. I felt intimidated. I felt unsure. I felt taken advantage of, and I was not in control of anything at any point. I love this dog but would never go through this program again. To this day, after trying repeatedly to talk to the original breeder to ask a few necessary questions, I have not been able to contact them.

A lot to say. Disappointing would definitely describe my experience. Happy my puppy was delivered safely that’s probably the better part of this story. However many times information wasn’t received in a timely manner. A few people I spoke with about an issue with travel arrangements was completely out of line being rude and demanding. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this company. I was told things about paperwork that has yet to be received & resolved. Like my AKC paperwork wasn’t with my dogs travel documents. I will say Charlie the supervisor of resolutions was a great help. He is the only one who has been on top of fixing all the issues. I do appreciate him for doing his job. In my opinion pawrade needs to change some policies in regards to travel restrictions & not making the same mistake that happened in my situation.Departments aren’t sharing important information as they should making situations more complicated. Hopeful that this paperwork situation is resolved quickly. Update: to the response below. Yes the issues got resolved. It didn’t take away from my experience. Nor did it change my opinion about the situations that happened. The day after I last spoke to the company I had to take my dogs to the emergency vet for kennel cough. I have submitted this information to the insurance. However I had to treat all my pets for this because the puppy wasn’t fully vaccinated and there is a 10 day policy not to give shots after you get your puppy. So definitely not satisfied and NOT willing to change my review as requested!

Extremely disappointed with Pawrade. Have been dealing with them for quite some time in reference to French bulldogs. First one I found, sold. She came back up. With ear issues. Did ask a lot of questions. I was supposed to have two or three different zoom calls with the owner. One today at 8pm. Was scheduled. They sent me the zoom info. A few hours later I get a message she sold. Shame on Pawrade for allowing this to happen. Tells me they are just in it for the money. Two days ago saw another dog. Tony was supposed to send me pictures. But he was at a birthday party, and did not send them. Dog sold as well. His response was and I “did not think she’d sell that fast. Extremely disgusted by this. Where are the loyalties to your customers. I am hoping corp office calls me over this. SMH and furious
