PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

Hunter is a energetic cutiepie, great dog, only hiccup was the vaccination papers seemed to be missing a date for one of the stamps so there was some confusion at the Vet whether he got his last vaccine(and the messages from Pawrade said no vacciations for 10 days so I had to call his vet who told me the breeder does the vaccinations, so had to call Pawrade to try to get the breeders #, pawrade at first gave me the puppy express # but then later on in the day gave me the breeders #) stop the vet from vaccinating), and he had fleas. Anyways he checked out fine at the vet. He was delivered early which was nice. If I could do 4.5 stars I would. I sent Pawrade the suprise video link.

We received our Alfie (original Alister) at 4:30 am Wed morning. They drove straight through from Ohio to NY. He was tired at first but has since gotten much livelier. Our vet examined him and said he’s a healthy little pup. He’s absolutely adorable and is very affectionate. Makes me think he was well cared for before we got him. The whole experience went smoothly.

The overall experience was positive. Her apprehension was anticipated and took several days to recover. The delivery personnel were courteous and friendly.

The process was simple, and responded to answering my questions within 24 hrs or less prior to moving forward. Only downfall was arrival time. Even though there was a slight issue over air travel due to weather temps not meeting criteria. Which I did gladly okayed for ground transport, if air travel wasn't possible. Instead of one of the reps providing updates. I had to ask for an update on ETA at 3 weeks post transaction. From that point it took about two days to receive our puppy. Puppy transport team were kind and provided updates, ETA. On arrival sample meals of current brand of puppy food, document records and handed our cute puppy over. Followed the process in vet wellness check up, nutrical 3 times daily. So far everything with our puppy been great. She is super energetic, eats her meals well, and continues to work on her potty training. The MetLife insurance number took about 3 attempts to actually speak to a human. Other than that, the puppy we received was just as described only a tad few weeks older. No other complaints. I docked one star just because communication could of been better post transaction. Other than that, no other complaints.

We just received our precious frenchie 2 days ago! He is a beautiful, healthy pup and we’ve already received comments from the vet and others on the quality of breeding and high level of veterinary care he has received. The communication and level of knowledge from PetPay was top notch. I just wish the Pawrade operators demonstrated the same level of knowledge and customer service. Had a bad experience with an uncaring operator quoting me the contract I signed, canceling my reservation without my consent, and demonstrating little regard for my concerns about the health of the puppy. Finally got in touch with someone at Petpay that was able to ease my concerns but it left a bad taste in my mouth regarding Pawrade’s corporate policies and is the reason why I am wary of using Pawrade again in the future.

I recently purchased a puppy from pawrade and the entire experience was fantastic. From the beginning, the communication was smooth and timely. They were always quick to respond to my texts and provided all the information I needed. The people were incredibly nice specially Toni , and made the process easy The delivery of my puppy, Bushi, was right on time, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Bushi is healthy, happy, and exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend pawrade to anyone looking for a new furry friend. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

Everything went pretty smoothly. Would have liked slightly better communication but it was pretty good. I felt safe doing an online transaction with them and our baby arrived safe, healthy and happy.

Great meeting with the owner.
