I was so excited about getting a new puppy. I made it clear as to what I was looking for, as I have a 12 yo 8 lb. maltepoo at home and was concerned for his welfare. Stayed in contact with the company, etc. When I received the 10 week old puppy, was shocked to see that he was already the size of my 12 yo. I have had the puppy for about 8 months now and he weighs 15 lbs. He is a puppy in every way, but spends most of his time terrorizing my 12 yo. It is awful. I know my lil guy won’t be around much longer and it kills me that his last days are me trying to protect him and from being pounced on continuously by a dog I DID NOT order and pay for. He is literally almost 3x the size of the puppy I was promised. I was completely deceived and am incredibly disappointed with being misled. I had asked for pictures of the parents of the puppy I was receiving. Never received. It is not my new pups fault at all. I had asked for a 6-8 lb. puppy and was lied to. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO SEND YOU THE SIZE OR WEIGHT YOU ARE PAYING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR.. IT IS so unfair to both me and my 12yo. I was given false information and feel totally lied to, but they made sure they got every dime. Paid $800 for delivery, therefore making it impossible to return an innocent puppy.

First love our new puppy Winchester (now Winston) he is awesome, the first part of the process was good, until they got the money then the communication went to almost non existent. The delivery folks were awesome they got Winston home with no issues, we got our puppy to our vet within 3 days, we got information from pawrade saying he has had all his needed vaccines and weighed 30 pounds, we take home to our vet who we have used for over 15 years for all of our pups, they found he was only 23 pounds and had an ear infection and was missing vaccines he should have so our first visit was another 171 dollars, after paying 3500+ for him including travel, so the question was how did a vet say 30 pounds and then a week later he is 23 and then the ear infection and missing vaccines. So I have some serious question about this I called back and they said they would send this to the health department well 5 days later I heard nothing back…I did submit the bill to my pet insurance and I am getting back 91 dollars, but I have believe once they get the money they are out of the conversation. We got a prior pup from puppy spot I should have gone back to them. Again love our puppy and he is doing well but the customer service is horrible.

We love our puppy but the process of getting him was stressful. Also our puppy was received with the giardia parasite. It must have been a bad case because he is on his second round of treatment to get rid of it. Also, dew claws were supposed to be removed and he still has one. We picked up our puppy and the process seemed off. Puppy couldn't hardly stand and was very withdrawn. All buildings housing dogs were located out of view. No dogs in sight running around having fun. It was all business. The breeder did not seem like a dog lover. Just the vibes I got. We drove over 600 miles to pick up a puppy and never got to speak to breeder until face to face. Couldn't get address till morning of...just a weird way to do business after we paid full amount up front over the phone. Pawrade did pay for first round of parasite treatment. He needs another round and I'm not even asking at this point. Love our baby and he will have the best life now.

A few concerns. We purchased our dog based on the ad pictures. As soon as I paid I asked for more photos. At first they were so nice and said absolutely. I called day after day because nothing was sent. After a week of asking I was then refused photos and told that the breeder only sends pictures every 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I had to reach out again. I finally said I believe the ad photos I saw were stock photos and they did not actually have a dog for me and that’s why they could not produce any pictures. Eventually a few days later, beyond the 2 weeks, I received pictures. However, when I received my puppy that based on the birthday in the ad, she should have been 10 weeks. I took her to the vet the day I got her and the vet said, she’s at most 8 weeks. Confirming I did not actually purchase the dog in the ad photos. I also proactively had her checked for parasites the day we got her and she had 3 different parasites Giardia, Coccidia and hookworm! We have spent hundreds of dollars and weeks of time trying to get her cured.

I found a tea cup Yorkie at least that’s what it stated below his photo. He is now 5 lbs at 6 mths. I paid a premium for him as expected for the extra small size. It’s was not true at all. He is not a teacup size. I have purchased several teacup Yorkies in the past and never lied to by a breeder. I would not purchase another puppy here. I will report to the BBB

Love my new puppy, but was looking for an apple head chihuahua not a deer head. She is adorable & tiny like I wanted and I hope she stays tiny. When I called regarding her I was told she was an apple head chihuahua. The pictures could have been better. Also requested contact with the breeder and it never happened. I was sent pictures of her parents and they were horrible. Really couldn’t tell what they looked like. She is a sweetheart, but I never would have knowingly paid the amount I did for a deer head chihuahua. I don’t appreciate being called a liar. I asked if she was an apple head chihuahua and when I was told yes I was excited and decided to buy her. During this process I also called on three different days and left messages to be called back and wasn’t. Also I asked for communication from the breeder and it never happened. There definitely should have been more communication.

I originally had an overall great experience with Pawrade as it was really a seamless experience. They did handle everything However, since my past review my poor Service Puppy was diagnosed with Hook worm and 24 hrs later he was diagnosed with Parvo’s Virus! Pawrade has NOT excepted responsibility for their actions as they made their money on the sale of the Puppy! They will NOT disclose the Puzzle Transportation Company or their contact info as I was informed by Pawrade that this is a done deal and they’re NOT responsible for any liability whatsoever. My Old English Bull Dog and Service Animal almost died as a result of the negligence of Pawrade and the Puzzle Transportation Company out of PA! There were 10 other puppies on that transport vehicle which was shipped from a Breeder in Indiana. I have been in contact with the Breeder and she is running a top notch Bully Breed Bull Dog Operation. After reviewing the file I find no liability on the Breeders part at all. I’m in the hole 16K dollars total to date for Emergency 24x7 vet care around the clock in ICU for 7 days! My wife and I were beside ourselves as it was an overall seamless experience until the nightmare started! It was touch and go for 7 days! I had conference calls with ER Vet Dr’s twice a day with updates. Happy to report my Mr. Chubbs pulled through it and is a true warrior! He’ll be fine going forward but no family should every have to go through this! I’m just glad we had the resources to get him back onto the road to recovery! I’m now filing a class action Law suit in the state of Indiana against Pawrade and the Puzzle Transportation Pet courier service bc there is no way that dog contracted that virus in my custody and care. I feel bad that other families may be going through this now bc there is no way other puppies didn’t contract that virus on that transport van! What pisses me of the most is I even tipped the driver an extra 100.00 for taking such good care of my puppy! I’m so irate that now I’ll be suing everyone involved for triple damages as I only had him 4 days in my possession and I really needed him as I’m a retired LEO with 29 yrs of service and I needed him due to my disability! Pls stay tuned and I would highly recommend if you purchase from Pawrade pls always get the Met Life Insurance and pls pls pls follow the agreement to the letter! They hold you accountable for a Vet check 72 hrs prior to departure and 72 hrs upon receipt of the puppy. When you get the 72 hr wellness check always always always bring a stool sample and get them checked for any parasites, hook worm, heart worm and especially Parvo’s virus which is highly contagious in puppies! It attacks the their white blood cell count, their lower intestines and GI track and digestive system! I’m so glad we had caught this in time as he would be in a box next to my other 2 Large Bully Breed Dogs on the shelf!!!’ Stay tuned and if any one needs any info or what to do, I’d have you email for my info on my experience with them but Pawrade doesn’t allow you to post email addresses! Gee isn’t that convenient bc they also don’t take complaint calls and they don’t have the balls to discuss anything with you bc they’re NOT very professional. They’ll only take your complaints through email bc they all play keyboard warriors! I’d be more than happy to shed some light on this case bc this is far from over my friends! If Pawrade thinks I’m just going to go away, they are sadly mistaken. I would also highly recommend you pay a Pet courier service/ Nanny to fly with them in the cabin and NOT the cargo area of the plane! It’s definitely worth the extra money and no other interaction with a load of puppies on a filthy Transport Van! Thank you Pawrade for making our lives miserable but as stated today on a recorded line “ Pls contact your Legal Department bc the Law suits are forth coming!” and this is NOT a threat, it’s a promise! Have your sales department seem caring and appreciative that you are buying from them. A positive attitude is important. The first time I called Badlands was very disappointing.
