Hey Heather, Thank you for the kind words. We do apologize for the odd hour delivery. This can sometimes happen with ground delivery. It is part of our "puppy first" approach as we get all the pups home as quickly as possible so we cant sit idle for hours for a more convenient time. We do disclose this to our clients when they are choosing their travel methiod but do understand that it is not ideal and are sorry the timing worked out this way for you. Hey Barbara, thank you for choosing Pawrade. There is a security and adoption fee that is clearly disclosed on the puppy listing and again at checkout. We are very upfront about all the costs. We are sorry to hear that your pup has Giardia. This is a very common parasite in pups that can flare up due to the stresses of travel and is easily treated. It doesn't happen very often but this is also something that we are very upfront about and make all of our clients aware to watch for this possibility and how to best respond. Giardia is also covered by your 3 year PetPay helath guarantee as well as the 30 days of complimentary Metlife insurance we provide. Hey Stephen thank you for the fair and honest review. We are sorry to hear that your pup arrived with Coccidia. This is a very common parasite in pups that can flare up with the stress of travel. This is also covered by your Petpay health guarantee as well as the 30 days of complimentary Melife coverage that we provide. Hey Monica, Thank you for the kind words and thank you for choosing Pawrade. We do recommend keeping the pup on the same food the breeder chose to reduce any chance of gastrointestinal issues for the pup. Once they have settled in with you feel free to conslult your vet and you can then consider slowly transitioning to the food of your choice. Best wishes for many fun fulled days to come.

This is actually part of our puppy first approach. Our transporters keep moving 24/7 to get each pup to its new home as quickly as possible for their health and safety.
