We are very excited about our new puppy! Pawrade did a great job vetting the breeders and keeping in contact with us about any questions we had. I also like how much they required of us and the vetting of us to make sure we were getting a puppy for all the right reasons. The only reason that I gave 4 stars was just because of the way all the information is given in text format on the app. It was a little overwhelming and a little confusing. Maybe numbering the steps and including a link to an example of the document you are referring to would help. I am pretty tech savvy but just felt like I had to keep scrolling back and looking through every exchange and search to find out what to do next. I think providing an email that has the subject line be specific would have helped just to be able to reference, print and be able to check items off. Other than that, it was a really nice process and I would recommend using it.

My pup is healthy, happy, social and I love him. The site was full of good information and the representatives were great. My only concern was that the emails were very frequent and I couldn't always tell whether they were new or old and if I needed to redo what I had already done....I know I'm not the most savvy customer about such things.

I love my new puppy however she was very sick with Giardia when I got her. Medication is helping and hopefully this is it for being ill I would like to mention that the healthy puppy guarantee covers barely anything, ie; only cover meds not testing ( which I feel should be covered if there is a positive reading, perfectly fine with no reimbursement on negative tests) Hopefully going forward, no more nasty parasites!

I spent an hour writing a review & lost it when I tried to submit. So the parade employees were very attentive and helpful. The man that delivered our puppy was an absolute amazing person. He let me track his progress per GPS so I know exactly when he would be here. . I think our puppy was born & raised in a similar to a puppy mill, she had very little hands on, supposedly she was paper, dog door trained. She tore up the paper &was afraid of the dog door. She did not at 24 weeks act as if she had been trained to anything . I had absolutely no contact with the breeder, no pictures of the parents. The description was very vague & and not individualized. It was a multi purpose description, describing any dog of this breed. She is very smart and has been easily trained, except for potty training. A hand raised non puppy mill dog should be trained & just needing guidance in a new home. I will not buy or recommend this company, & definitely never the breeder. Ok I have been a little harsh. She / we actually went a whole week of no potting in the house. She is very intelligent & all of us, my husband included, are learning how to read our special addition

I got my puppy just fine.

The initial introduction until finding the right puppy, connecting to breeder, absolutely 5 star. However I felt after payment, the communication was not smooth and same quality. You had to call few times, complain until you get updates. However, overall they were great and thorough.

I was kept up to date with all of the steps needed for the adoption. The only thing that bothered me was that the breeder was kept from me until we were about ready to receive our puppy.

I had a great experience from my 1st contact with Pawrade, to bringing my puppy home. They answered every question and took care of me every step of the way. I now have the perfect, healthy, active, cuddly puppy I dreamed of.
