Bought a Havanese Puppy from Pawrade
Bought a Havanese Puppy from Pawrade, nearly 2 thousand dollars plus 789 for a flight out to West Coast, so nearly 3k.Puppy was not flown but driven, arrived with worms and intestinal guardia, a disease of the stomach. In fact Puppy was subcontracted out to a a place in Indiana from Prestige Pets that was the breeder, I have the name of the breeder, and the license plate of the vehicle which dog was transported. Dog is now six months old and still sick. No refund for transport fee, or dog and no response from request about dog from Pawrade. I would advise not to use these breeders. This is a network of uncaring individuals. Once they have your money and committment, thats it. Still have not heard back from Pawrade, only intimidating messages asking for more information. Isn't enough for them I guess. We are senior citizens and this dog is our last dog, we had hoped that everything would go smoothly although it was very expensive for us to purchase. Now seems like they don't believe me and keep requesting more information, they have all the information they need, its all in the review. Do they plan on making this matter more worrisome? Why not a phone call and discuss the matter. I never wanted to do this.

Mickey, we are sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your pup. A Havanese is a snub nosed breed so it can not fly standard air, that it is why it was transported to you by one of our ground transporters. There is no difference in price. between those two services. Any health issues that your pup may be experiencing can be addressed through our Petpay Health Guarantee. Naturally we do require the vet documents to be able to fairly administer coverage. We are sorry if you may be having some difficulty sending us the documents and wish we could somehow help you with that. Please reach out to someone close to you that may help so that we can get a claim processed for you.
