Their customer service is excellent. They stay with you every step of the way. The only hard thing was having him delivered at one in the morning was rough because then I had a hard time getting him in and kind of schedule. But we got through it overall this has been a very positive experience. Dylan is an absolute sweetheart. As a side point, I was really happy that they delivered the dog via van transportation as opposed to airline.

What made my experience great was the ease of choosing the next member of our family and quick responses to my questions regarding the puppy and the breeder. The staff/concierge at Pawrade are all so pleasant and professional. Everyone flows thru with all the Pawrade promises. This is the second time we have utilized Pawrades services because the first time was exceptional as was this time. My wife and I added two puppies to our pack and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Also, I’d like to give a big shoutout to the transport service Express Puppies. We couldn’t tell the pups were really taken care of well. Both gentlemen were friendly and kept us well informed during g the pups transport. I would highly recommend Pawrade and their services to anyone interested in adding a four legged fur baby to their home.
