From the start, the transaction has been seamless. Our first contact Tara was extremely helpful and her knowledge of the program was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Our second contact Emily (I think was the name) wasn't as communicative and her responses were much shorted and less detailed as Tara's, but we did receive the information we were seeking, so that was okay. Delivery time: Tyler and his co-worker were very professional and courteous. They kept us notified along the way of their estimated arrival, and even arrived sooner than expected, letting us know they were ahead of schedule. We are very happy with our new puppy and appreciate everyone that assisted in connecting us with Peach. We will love her and take great care of her. Yuki our white Pom loves her and they have been playing since Peach arrived. We will recommend Pawrade to all of our friends and family that may be in search of a new fur-family member. Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts.

My puppy is just perfect, she arrived at midnight and ready to party! She loves chasing my lab and golden doodle but they’re not quite sure yet what to do! We will figure it out for sure!

The experience was amazing! The team was helpful and work with you every step of the way. The breeder was wreath quality and really care for pups! Overall the system is great to purchasing a new fur baby!

We were so impressed with the professionalism exhibited by Pawrade when purchasing our sweet Frenchie. From Emily answering questions prior to sale and Donna taking over after the sale as our Puppy Concierge, to Reagean coordinating travel and Ashlae handling the health clearance, we felt guided and well supported with knowledge and kindness. The contract was thorough, and communication was excellent, and the health guarantee gave us confidence in the process. We love our little puppy so much, and she is worth every penny we paid.

We received our sweet Cocoa (Mellow) this week, she is so cute and loving. She is doing great with house training. Pawrade was great with communication and helping us with getting our fur baby.

We were a little skeptical... buying a puppy online... but everything went as promised and now we have our little sweet puppy at home. They did everything as promised, were great about updating us prior to arrival and handled everything to get our puppy safely to us and in great health. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

I welcomed home Mickey (aka Fidget) a Cavapoo puppy. I had an amazing experience with Pawrade. They were very communicative and let me know what I needed before welcoming him home. The delivery process was very smooth and the drivers took excellent care of Fidget. He is settling in nicely to his new home!
