Hey Oscar, We are sorry that you are not completely happy. It is important to note that you did receive the pup you chose, happy and healthy as confirmed by your vet, just as promised. We also have no communication from you indicating any health concern since you received your pup on June 8, 2024. All of our pups are priced at the lower end of fair market value and I would assume you researched that you were getting a fair price before purchasing.

Lara we are sorry that you are not completely happy with your dog. As we discussed with you DNA tests for dogs are notoriously inaccurate. In fact every company that offers this tests (including the AKC) has a very clear disclaimer that the test is just "informational" for the owner and "not to be used to determine breed" or something very similar to that wording. Considering the totality of the circumstances we have issued you a partial refund that you may use for training for the behavioral issues you have mentioned or any other way you deem best for your dog. It is also important to note that the breeder was completely unaware that there may some relation between the Sire and Dam as he had only recently acquired them from 2 seperate breeders. The breeder has also rehomed both dogs as a precaution in the event the test may have some validity.

Hey Donna, we are sorry that your pup had a bout of pneumonia. It is rare, but pups sometimes get so stressed when traveling that they get upset stomachs and they can then aspirate vomit causing Pneumonia. We have reached out to you about this isuue so that we can open a Health Guarantee claim for you and received no response. We cant help if you dont let us. Please send all your documents to [email protected] so that we can get this processed for you.

We are sorry to hear that Suz reports to be having a health issue with her pup. She has had her pup for 3 months but never reached out to us before posting here. So we immediately reached out to her. Unfortunately she refuses to help us help her. She will not provide any information to us so that we may process a Health Guarantee claim for her. Hopefully she changes her mind and will contact us.

Jowana, We are sorry that you are not completely happy with your adoption of your new furry family member. All of our pups are priced at the lower end of fair market value as was your pup. Most of our clients due their research and find how reasonable we are and that typically plays a part in their decision to adopt with us. There was an error made by the breeder by sending the pup out a few days earlier than what is generally considered Ideal. We also were not made aware of the minor condition in a timely fashion so we were unable to notify you as we normally would. It is also important to note that we have been in constant contact with you and have resolved this to your satisfaction.

Assuming that you are shopping for a new pup online I am sure that once you have completed your research you will find that we price our pups very competitively at the lower end of fair market value. Georgina, We are sorry that you are not completely happy with your pup. But your review here isn't accurate or fair. Your pup is registered and documented as a Maltese from a reputable breeder. It is not possible for anyone, including a Veterinarian to simply look at a dog and determine its breed. One of our managers reached out to you hoping to work with you towards a resolution. Sadly, he was not successful as you made it impossible to effectively communicate.
